Food gets 4 points for being hot and fresh! It was OK, like nothing special to me. But the restaurant itself DIRTYYYYYY. From the floors to the tables, every table was dirty like people come and eat and leave and nobody wipes the tables clean after. (Like all day long ) The floors, dirty as heck. The drink station was sticky all over the counters, floor and the machine it's self needed some tlc!! Trash cans had sauce splattered on it and crumbs every where. The employees were nice but all the guys pants were sagging so hard we can see their under pants.

Burger was good service was good but I think they found Jimmy Buffet's lost shaker of salt and used it on my fries!! They were way too salty to eatParking lot had a lot of trash in it. The cashier was nice!

I posted the location today and Jada was awesome he deserves employee of the month. Great customer service, very knowledgeable of the menu and very helpful. All In all this was my first experience here and I'm glad I came to this location. Thanks Jada for being a great sport.

After a sullen greeting by the young man at the counter, I received my burger and onion rings. The rings consisted of three full rings and the pieces of about two more . The burger was average at best with patties that looked and tasted like they had been made earlier in the day. Okay so please understand I'm not the kind of person that complains online but we have a real problem in the workforce. I worked at McDonalds as a young person and understand how hard working in fast food is but you have to be willing to work. To the young man at the counter... smile and say hello, stand up strait and put on a clean shirt. It really will change things for you.
Food is expensive for the quality. Staff is apathetic. Dining room feels greasy even if it is clean at the time.

Took 30min. to get food in drive through, had three orders, they packed all in one sack so by time get in car its all falling apart inside sack just a complete mess. Would think it would be hot wrong all cold, Could see five people in store with no customer in store. Customer service it long gone, won't be going back

This was my first time at Freddy's and I personally did not care for the food. But I had one of the best customer service experiences that night. The guy that waited on me was very friendly and welcoming and all the workers that night were all very nice.

Gave my order to another person. Staff was unfriendly and unorganized. I was waiting 20 minutes for an order that was never made. Staff was on their phones avoiding eye contact in the back. ???????
