This was my first Hardee’s experience. Best chicken biscuit I’ve ever had but I’m not writing the review in food. The staff were AMAZING! It reminded me of my Bradley Team when I was in the Army. Was there at the height of breakfast and the way these folks were communicating with eachother was a like anything I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Orders were coming in and food was going out. Everyone was hustling and a part of the team. It was refreshing to see.

Went to eat lunch at our local Hopkinsville KY Hardee's today. My husband ordered 2 Star burgers with special instructions as to condiments and curly fries. To begin with the burgers weren't right and they were warm at best, cheese wasn't melted and tasted like day old microwaved burgers. The buns were damp and mushy and flat like when microwaved. Fries were not curly but like the bottom of the bag pieces hard and crunchy. My husband took his burger inside and asked for a new one to be correctly fixed. Burger was still the same. Our experience reminded us why we don't eat there anymore. Breakfast is usually great the times we've been before. Unfortunately this is typical of Hopkinsville restaurant fast food and service. Will not be eating there burgers or sandwiches again. Total of $20.00 thrown away because it was not fit to eat.
