Rude and slow and they definitely don’t give you what you pay.
I was in Hardee’s and yes, they were busy, but mostly in the drive-through did not acknowledge me or anything for 10 minutes. I finally left very poor service. I eat there all the time, but I think this will be the last time.

This place has gone down hill quick. It Took over 20 minutes to get a burger and fries at 11:30 when the restaurant was empty. As we were waiting for our food more customers were ordering when (I’m assuming) some employees came in off the clock and were extremely loud hollering and cutting the line of an elderly couple that was trying to place an order. You could tell the lady taking orders was even embarrassed because she had to ask the elderly couple for their order multiple times with the other people being so loud.

This place is bad, our sandwiches looked thinner than a frisbee Super Star was missing a beef patty. I swear it looked like they stepped on each one. Get it together man!!!! It’s not even food anymore!!!!!!

Despite the short staff, and long line of people, these ladies were amazing, never lost their cool, and handled customers very well.

While the food was great, the service was awful. We waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order while the line got longer behind us. The person working the cash register as well as the rest of the staff were casually walking around or leaning despite the rush going on both inside and in the drive thru. The manager was on her phone having a casual conversation instead of working with her employees to get through the orders. We had ordered a chicken biscuit and a steak biscuit that were both under the hot lamp ready to go, and it still took over 15 minutes to get our food.

It all depends on who’s working. I have had exceptional and disrespectful service. It all comes down to leadership, pride in one’s self and their ability to deliver the 5star experience .
Arrived at 11:57 am, told we could not order lunch until 12. Not a problem. At 12, we ordered 2 meals, at 12:20 they put our tray of food on the counter. Both sandwiches were cold and so were the fries. I went to the ladies room, it was dirty and out of toilet paper, but there was a stack of napkins on the back of the toilet. I mentioned it to a worker, she didn't seem to care. Quality of food was very bad. I tried to speak to a Manager, no answer, no information for customer service given.

After waiting in line for 20 mins, I was told I couldn’t order and that they would be taking orders slow because they ran out of biscuits, that made no sense to me and then once I got to the window to pay the lady Vanessa b was so rude. And passive aggressive

The whole staff did a great job. Let me brag on one staffer in particular. My wife and I came in for breakfast this morning with both our grandsons, both under age two. I was at the table with them while my wife finished the order. My youngest grandson was in the high chair and about to knock his sippy cup onto the floor. A staff member, Princess, had just come in from taking out a curbside order. She noticed what was about to happen and stepped up to keep it from falling. Many folks here age wouldn’t have been paying attention, much less been willing to help out. She went above and beyond.
One suggestion: have two high chairs. We needed two this morning.
Otherwise, thanks for a great experience.
Kid-friendliness: Needed more than one high chair.
