You know, I find it difficult to understand how a sandwich with no custom requests can be made wrong. The #5, Bacon Cheeseburger. I asked for the sandwich only as a double. What I received was a double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, cheese, and pickles. The bacon cheeseburger is supposed to have mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. I'm growing tired of having to leave bad reviews because employees don't do their job.

The lady that took my order was friendly. She made sure to fry fresh apple turnovers/pies. The two that were available had sat for awhile and one she explained was deformed somehow. The only thing that may be a negative is that the turnovers/pies didn't contain any apples which is not the employee's fault. My chocolate shake was perfect. Thank you!

Food was great. Except like in other reviews not enough gravy for the b&gs. I ended up ordering a side of gravy so I can finish up the biscuits. It took a while. Then they bagged it up and put other stuff in it. I originally said to stay for everything and they still bagged it and put to much stuff in their that I did not need. So like most places I will leave on table so hopefully it gets used but I know it's probably going to get thrown away. I understand most people don't give a damn about being wasteful. But every little bit waisted cost the company more, which eventually cost the customer more.

Just pulled into the drive thru at 7:45 and was told at the speaker that they were only doing inside orders. I said ok...and then asked why. After 5 seconds of silence the same chick tells me to go ahead with my order. Stop being lazy and lying to get out of work. Pathetic.

Nice people at the counter. The place is clean. The food tastes fine. I've had breakfast at this location twice. The biscuit and gravy only comes with half a container of gravy. I like to break my biscuit in half and have enough gravy to cover both halves. Excellent shake.

Not a very good Hardee's. It disappointing that when restaurants are in truck stops they are less than. Also they print a receipt to lay on the counter to hold places for the backup of customers, but don't put a receipt in the bag. They print them just to throw them away. SAD experience.
The food was terrible. The new cinnamon raisin biscuits were hard. The burger was barely warm. Terrible service.

I live close by and every time I pull through the drive thru, no one answers the intercom. Last night (11/21/2024), I pulled up behind a car at 6:45pm and the car didn't move for at least 5 minutes. He finally pulled away and I pulled up to order. I then found out why he was there for so long. No one ever took our order. I finally drove away and looked into the window. I did not see anyone working. This is the third time this has happened. I will never visit this Hardees again. Shut it down and put a McDonalds in. Not much better service but at least they take your order.

Best service and food I’ve ever had at a Hardee’s! Very attentive overnight staff! Order 4 cheeseburger and a hot chicken sandwich and they were on it! Super fresh! Thank you to the 3 gentlemen working overnight today! Awesome experience!
