Joelle's Cake & Coffee

Got a few different things (macarons, hello dolly, strawberry cinnamon roll) and it was all delicious! Will definitely go back and I recommend it to everyone.

I REALLY wanted to love this place, but sadly I don't see myself ever returning. The store is cute and the cupcakes were...OK. Definitely NOT worth $4 each!! I will continue to drive to Clarksville for Nothing Bundt Cakes for my sweet tooth and birthday treats!

I live in Clarksville and this place was recommended to me so I figured I would check it out. I needed a cake for my wife's birthday and they did an amazing job! Customer service was 5/5, the cake looks absolutely amazing and exactly what I wanted. I will happily continue make the drive to hopkinsville for this business!

This is a cute shop inside, but seems a little empty. Cute seating. Sticky floor. The young lady who assisted me was pleasant. I was disappointed in the sweets. I got a lemon cupcake and lemon biscuit cookie. The cupcake was okay - not dry, not anything to brag about. The buttercream frosting was smooth and offered some flavor to the whole thing. The cookie had a good lemon glaze - sweet and flavorful - but was raw. Not just undercooked, it was raw biscuit dough. Unfortunately, I didn’t finish either and didn’t take them home.

Love the sweets here, and the coffee. I couldn't see me sitting inside being very comfortable, but that doesn't change the quality.

They made a last minute gender reveal cupcake for us and it was so cute and delicious! They were so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve never had a problem until this morning. I love the cupcakes but today customer service was awful! First my rewards didn’t show on the register but it was on my phone and then the cashier laid my change on the counter! Not acceptable when I placed my money in her hand!

This place is the absolute CUTEST and have the most yummy sweet treats! My husband, myself, and our little girl came here the other day and it exceeded our expectations! The service was wonderful and the sweet treats we got were delicious! We are new to the area and we will definitely be making this place our new go to! The Blueberry Butterfly Latte was 1000/10!??? I am obsessed with the aesthetic!

I had purchased a gift certificate on the Big Deals page of WKDZ with plans to purchase cookies for a shower, but two different people told me Joelle's cookies were not good. I decided to use the gift certificate to purchase cupcakes for a friend's birthday. I looked online and the prices for daily cupcake flavors was listed as 1-5 $3 each and 6-11 $2.50 each. I called and asked if I needed to order ahead of time and was told as long as I was buying daily flavors, I could just come in and get them. I went in to buy 8 cupcakes which I thought would be $20. There was no one in sight when I went in, but someone did come up to the register shortly. I picked out my 8 cupcakes and was told the total was $28. I did not look at the pricing ($3.5) on the sign in the store before picking out the cupcakes, because I assumed the price would be the same as listed on the website. Instead of paying $2.5 each, I was charged $3.5 each. Website pricing and in store pricing should be the same. If not, it should be noted on the website. The cupcakes were really good, but they were no bigger than I would make at home. Considering the size, $2.5 each would have been fairly reasonable, $3.5 each was not.

I was so excited to try this place out! The reviews were great and the atmosphere and sweets looked amazing. But when I went there in the morning around 8:30am no one was at the front at all. They were all talking to each other in the back. Me and my boyfriend sat there for 3 or 4 mins and STILL IGNORED! Was really disappointed and left to another coffee shop... When we walked out someone finally ran to the front, im sure im not the first person this has happened to and will happen to. ?‍♀️
