Food was great! However one staff member in particular stood out very negatively. The male who took our order through the drive through was SO rude and pushy after any item I added to the order I received a curt “what else” “what else” “what else” clearly an attitude problem from the start. Then when we pulled to the window they asked us to move forward and park even though no one was waiting behind us. We politely told them if someone comes behind we will move but for now we’ll wait by the window. Mind you it’s December and freezing and typically they forget part of my order. Knowing this had I pulled forward I would have had to have gotten out and left my kids in the car to tell them they got it wrong or go and drive back around. I didn’t see his name but it was a white male with long fake finger nails who screamed at us “you aren’t welcome back!” because we refused to move forward while we checked the order. Guess what! THEY FORGOT PART OF MY ORDER. On the plus side he did admit the only reason they make you move forward is because the tickets are on a timer and they get negative reports for taking too long on one order but they can’t even get the order correct or be polite about it. Again the food was still good we frequent here and this has been the first time we’ve encountered this person the rest of the staff was plenty friendly and helpful.

Chicken was cooking old grease and over cooked and the fries were old and stale and most of the fountain drinks were out when we told one of the employees she said okay and never came to change them and they weren't even busy at the time to actually change them.

My food was ice cold and nasty. The drinks were hot because ice was completely gone. I will never go back there. This was at the KFC on Ft Campbell in Hopkinsville, KY.

Hopkinsville’s KFC has to be the laziest and least customer service oriented location in the United States. Somehow, they’re the only location that can’t consistently keep items that are listed on the menu in-stock, whether or not they are really “out” or just too lazy to make it is unknown.

I asked for the family meal chicken tenders the 16 piece. They said that it's going to take some time to cook because I didn't have enough. I said okay how long is it going to take. They said 15 minutes. No caveats nothing like that. 30 minutes later I have yet to receive my food. Then I go inside I asked for a refund. They give me my refund and I asked for a copy of the refund receipt. The only thing that they told me is they can only give me the original receipt back. I asked them what I could do with that original receipt. They did not have an answer. It took them a total of 40 minutes to not only not provide me food but not give me a copy of the refund receipt. Because they don't give out copies of the refund receipt. I would highly suggest you find another chicken place.

Slooooow service. App 45 mins. Then two of the female employees were on break ànd actually kissing and fondling each other right in the parking lot. Never going back. BTW bathrooms were NASTY too!

everytime I go in there there is employees eating behind the counter coming on chewing on chicken leg and biscuit . And finishing up before they take my order . Really that is disgusting and unprofessional.
