The food was good as usual, the staff were very nice, the only downside is the fries were a bit old. Everything else was fresh made for our order though and was delightful!

The Hopkinsville, KY site is poorly maintained with trash on the floor and a staff that lacks proper leadership. I waited well over 25 minutes on an order before requesting a full refund.

Order 1 meal and one single order. We were the only car there in the drive through and took 40 mins. The taste was ok but not as fresh as it should have been taking that long. Not sure what is going on but it's always a long wait for minimal amount of food.

Typical LJS. Staff was extremely friendly, food came out hot and actually correct. Personally, I find it a but greasy for my liking, but that's everywhere and not specific to this location. The important thing is that the wife like is, and that's all that matters! Building was just like every other I've been to in the past decade. Old, run down, rather dirty, especially in the bathrooms, and a floor so greasy it rivals those plastic ice skating rinks they set up for kids. To be fair behind the counter seemed quite clean so I wasn't worried about food safety issues. Just your typical Long John Silvers.

This has to be a joke, I pulled up tonight to the drive thru and there was no lights on the board, it was so dark I assumed they were closed, as I was a bout to drive away I heard a faint ATTITUDE, not a voice saying (can I heeeellppp you) I told them I could hardly see the board or hear them so they instructed me to pull to the window, when I pulled up a young lady snatched the window open and just stood there with her hand on her hips, I didn't even get a chance to say anything before she smacked her lips and slammed the window .... someone else came to the window and took my order....the fries were old, cold and disgusting, the fish was under cooked, the service was horrible and my entire night was ruined.....I would not recommend hopkinsville long John silver to my worst enemy.

We were unable to order food due to the rude sales clerk. She cut me off three times while i was trying to order. Once we get to the window, the girl was rude when i asked for tartar sauce. I told her i was willing to pay the 0.25 each for extra. She then refused to even sell extra sweet n sour sauce. My daughter said, ‘I can’t believe this” at that time the girl screamed at my daughter. Called her Ms. ma’am and slammed the window. The manager came to the window and was even more rude. We left without ordering. I have never been spoken to by anyone like that before. We went to Captain DS . Had great food and kind service.

The lady and gentleman working were very nice. The food was cooked fresh. The fish, shrimp, chicken, clams, and lobster bites were all delicious. The waffle fries were yummy and fun. It was a great lunch, thank you.

I've been eating at this Long John's for years. We don't have any LJ's in middle TN anymore and I don't care for Cpt. D's. So I regularly plan a shopping trip and drive the hour to Hopkinsville to eat lunch here. It's an older location so I won't complain about the building being a bit dated. The staff has always been friendly and I always look forward to the fish and chips. I've never had a bad meal at this location - - until recently. First of all, let me be clear: IT IS NOT fish and chips if the fries are waffle fries !! Not that it would have made any difference but they were cooked to the point of resembling kettle chips. As if that wasn't a big enough disappointment, the fish batter was hard as a rock and if you broke through it, the fish was extremely greasy. One bite was more than enough for me to get up, discard the food, take my drink and grab a sandwich next door at Rally's. Super disappointed !!
