What are these black things on my Fish Fillet Bun? The manager said it was from the steamer. We ordered them cooked to order but they were not! They remade them but they had these black spots in the bun. The original ones did not have black spots on them.

Homeless inside sleeping at a table with a liquor bottle. Homeless outside in the parking lot. Went to use the restroom and a Homeless guy was in the stall talking to himself. Garbage in the parking lot. Seemed dirty inside as well. No way I was going to get food from that dump.

The last few times me and my fiancé have had mobile orders at this location it has taken 30+ minutes, not busy lines, or lots of customers, we do mobile pickup all the time and curbside pickup truly takes a backseat it feels like when it comes to service. For a fast food restaurant their mobile ordering is HIGHLY flawed, they need a better management team to delegate these tasks to staff and keep things smoothly operating.

I want to start by saying I am proud that this McDonald's has hired a full team in the kitchen. That being said this McDonald's needs someone to come in and show the management how to use the gift of having a full staff. This McDonald's could be the best if there were 2 people always at the counter for in house. These people would be In charge to keep the bathrooms clean and the dinning room clean. I am a marketing consultant and I can see so much potential for this store

Went through the drive thru and spent 25 minutes at curbside 6 for chicken nuggets just to go inside along with other people waiting for their orders… asked for ice cream at the drive thru and was told the machine was down, but when I go inside to find out why I am waiting so long I SEE THEM MAKING SUNDAES for other people. What the hell. Terrible service and terrible management.

Also, sorry for whoever ordered DoorDash and gets their ice cream.. management looked the dasher in her eyes when ask not to put hot fries on top of the ice cream or it will melt and said ‘ I just put items into the bag’ without remotely caring. Your Dasher tried to help you out.

Spent 30 dollars and got home to old nuggets and fries something I wouldn’t feed my dogs then tried calling and no answer.so I took my food back up there to have it cooked fresh and they did but the girl packed my bag and sat it beside her while she was playing on her tablet it was just terrible service all together

On a road trip, we stopped at McDonald’s on Hopkinsville Road in Montgomery, Kentucky at 7 AM. The lobby doors were locked. I saw 10 or 12 people trying to get in, walking from door-to-door since there were no signs. When we went through the drive-through, we were told there wasn’t enough staff to open the lobby. This means that customers can’t use the facilities or sit down and eat. Poor customer service!

The service was horrible, food was average. The front counter was closed with a sign that said to use the kiosk, which we don’t mind but it made it very difficult to get service when we were missing a burger, our sauces, our drinks, and one burger had a hair on it. I stood at the pickup window for probably 10 minutes and while multiple team members made eye contact with me, I finally had to ask for service when it was obvious they did not plan to acknowledge me. There were also wet floor signs across the entire restaurant, including in front of doorways. I guess that is one way to make sure people can’t sue you for neglecting the care of the store, however, my mother did trip on the sign when she stepped around the back of her chair to leave.
