Charged me $18 for a happy meal and it wasn't even right. Nevwr going here again. Somehow $18 came off my gift card and they Charged me a extra $2.

I don’t even know where to begin. I attempted to order through the app for curbside pick up Not a single thing about my order was correct. The service was impressively slow. A person came to the car four times to ask what we had ordered. They attempted to bring me the wrong meal two times. What I eventually thought was the correct meal, was not. The food is cold and the fries are soggy. The entire experience took over 30 minutes. I know not to expect crazy fast service anymore from McDonald’s. But this was amazing.
I don’t know if management even reads these or cares, but something has to be done. I will no longer be going to this McDonald’s.

I have always had issues with them getting the food right. It had not been that bad here lately. Today was my worse experience ever. The lady was not listening while taking my order. You could hear them laughing and chit chatting. They also forgot part of the order. This is the 2nd day they have forgotten something in the order. When going back to get the forgotten food they ignored me for about 5mins in their lobby, while my other food was getting cold. They never apologized just said ok I got it and handed me a bag.

My order was incorrect and disgusting. The chicken sandwich was plain, not what I ordered. The fries were cold and over cooked. Staff was courteous hence the 1 star.

If I could give negative stars I would and this will probably fall on deaf ears but seriously McDonald's why the hell can I not have extra sauce I literally sometimes go and get nuggets just to get the hot mustard and then I have to be charged 30¢ per extra sauce there's no way you are losing money on giving someone and extra sauce or two but even when I ask for extra it's not like I get the amount I ask for I will pay for an extra sauce and want more then I get looking at like I'm a lunatic and told I have to pay more can I pay for extra and you give me more than one or do I literally have to pay 30¢ per sauce and explicitly explain to your employees that I really enjoy the sauce and want more as the hand me one at a time and I explain I want more this isn't a fault on an employee but just piss poor ownership I honestly can't believe that you havw paying customers and you could care so little to not let someone enjoy the meal they want
