Ok I haven't had the loaded potato soup in years but I surely wasn't expecting what I was served today. First of all it was bright orange (never had bright orange potato soup) sprinkled with a couple of bacon bits. It had about six slivers of potato skins in it not chunks of potatoes at all literally pieces of potato skins with barely any potato at all.It tasted like a bowl of creamy melted cheese. I ate it because I was hungry but if you are expecting to get "loaded" potato soup you will be sorely mistaken. O'CharleysSurely you can do better than this. The half club sandwich was good and our waitress was very personable.. that was a plus

Party of 8. Lunch.All orders came out correct. Everything from vegetable plates, steaks, to fish and shrimp were cooked correctly and warm. Service was friendly and efficient. Even the Host that seated us. The manager on duty checked on us a few times.

On Friday, July 16th, 2021, my husband and I had the worst dining experience we have ever had at this restaurant. Shortly before we were seated, the greet staff told us that the kitchen was backed up because of a party of 25 people. After being seated, we were offered unlimited bread refills while we waited. The wait wasn't the worst of it. To start off, the white wine supply was out, no chardany or Pino Grasio, and my husband wanted Chardany with his $18.99 meal.The server was a nice enough young lady, but she didn't seem to hear our requests. We asked for chips and salsa and extra olives with our bloody Mary's instead of bread. My husband told her if the chips and salsa came out with the entrees, we would send it back, so to be sure, to check on the timing, and it came out with the meals anyway.We asked to speak to the manager that night and explained that we specifically picked O' Charlie's for the pasta dish and the Plank Salmon, so the wine was important to us. He gave us excuses about ordering it every week, but there seems to be a supply issue, and he's been out of white wine for a while. He did comp us our deserts, and the food was excellent, so that is why I am giving a rating of 3. Usually, the dining experience is great, but this past Friday, it was awful. The server and the manager both need to improve their communication skills.We will give it one more try and hopefully not have the same experience. If it happens again, we will not be coming back.Signed,Frustrated customer.3/2024On this visit, we decided to sit at the bar. Our bartender was Amanda. She had a full bar and did a great job juggling the damands of her customers and the needs of the rest of the restaurant. We enjoyed the atmosphere inside the restaurant. The appetizer came out promptly while we waited for our entrees. If you need to use the women's bathroom, it may be a problem. All 3 stalls were backed up. I couldn't use the bathroom, and this was not the first time. What was going on? Assign a staff member who doesn't serve food to monitor the bathrooms. It was disgusting. I hope this doesn't happen again? Still, Amanda is definitely a keeper. She's an A+ in my mind.

What has happened to this restaurant chain?? Ordered potato soup that was more like a can of cheese soup with a few pieces of potatoes and bacon bits!! It was totally nasty, will never order this again!! The salad was fresh and thankfully tasted good!! I don’t like the rolls now either!! Not the same type rolls that they used to have!! Three at my table ordered pie and we waited over 25 minutes to get a piece of Marie Callander’sfrozen pie and it wasn’t good either!! I’m going to write this restaurant chain off my list!!

Clean environment, good food. I love the ribs. The servers are kind and efficient. Jennifer the manager makes a great environment for the employees and customers. She decorates for holidays and really cares about being apart of the team.
