I booked Panera Bread to cater my wedding. From the start their customer service was outstanding. Amber really took the best care in making sure we had everything we wanted and all of the food was there ready and on time. She rocked it. All of our guests loved it as well.

Always a great treat. Too expensive for all the time, but the food is better for you than anywhere else so its a tradeoff, I guess.

I went in and ordered 2 pick two meals to go. My order in particular, 1/2 Garden Caprese Melt and a small chicken noodle soup. This is where I have the problem.
I am extremely disappointed with the 1/2 Garden Caprese Melt. I have included a picture of what I got and what is promoted what it should be.
I frankly was to tired to return to say anything. I guess either Panera is lying about what we should get or the staff just don't care what they're doing. Either way, y'all are screwing over the people in the community that help keep that place in Hopkinsville alive, people employed or just a place customers wanna return to.
