Papa Johns Pizza

This was a miss for me. The pizza was sad, dejected and looked like cardboard cutouts.
I ordered hours ahead of time and put the pickup time on there. It wouldn’t have shocked me to know they cooked it then and let it sit.
They forgot one of my orders.
I don’t think I’ll go back there again.

Never had a bad experience with delivery or take out. The staff has always been very friendly, food is always hot :)

The young girl at the counter was so rude and hateful to ppl. A lady come in after me and ask about specials and instead of speaking to the lady she flag a paper at her that I assume had the specials on it. Than when telling someone their total they didn't hear her as she's talks very low she got attitude because they asked her to repeat it. She truly DOES NOT NEED TO BE on the front line. I can't give a name as there's no name badge being worn. But this all happened on 2/14 @ around 1625

Large stuffed crust $34. Looks like someone grabbed a handful of 'supreme' toppings and dropped it in the middle 😳.

Pizza was ready on time for 15 minute pick up, it was very hot, they had my extra garlic butter sause and they gave me to go plates and napkins. Home run!!

I personally would not recommend this particular Papa John's location.
It took 2 hours & 15 minutes to get a cold pizza that wasn't even my own. I also witnessed a female employee drop 2 different items onto their dirty floor & pick them both up.
After she picked them up she placed the container back into the stack to be used again which I observed the cook using it to put someone's food in. She then dropped a garlic cup on the floor, picked it up & opened the pizza box & placed it in with their pizza & I observed her walking to the drive up window & handing it to the customer.
I got one excuse after another as to why it took over 2 hours to get my pizza. I was told by an employee my pizza was being boxed up. 15 minutes later I inquired again as to why it was taking so long to put my pizza in a box, only to only find out from the cook he didn't have an order with my name on it. There just so happened to be an old one sitting on the shelf so the manager took off a label that was on the box & handed it to me. It was awful. Cold, leather like & was tough. Although on the behalf of the manager she did refund my money however handed me someone else's pizza that was old, cold, & tough to eat. I appreciated the gester, however an older colder pizza that no one picked up should have never been handed to me. Also when I ordered, I made it very clear, no peppers on my pizza or in the box due to an allergy but I got it anyway.
I will not ever be returning to this location.

It's now been 2 weeks & I still haven't received my money back in my account & I've asked for a Top mgrs number and they refuse to give it to me.

I was their . One worker go out side and when she come back in side and she without hand wash she starts make pizza. I never go back in papa johns

I called for Pickup 15 minutes before arriving at the store. The Lady on the phone said the pizzas would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I get to the store and the front counter lady tells me it's going to be another 30-45 minutes. That's because the person who answers the phone is a Call Center and not the actual store. The order has my Name AND Phone Number attached, the store could have called and informed me of the extended wait time. I am immeasurably upset at how poor the service is here. 0/5 stars Service.

Worse Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered the wrong flavor of wings and called to see if they would just change the flavor and they refused. They stated since I “ordered the wings myself, they HAD to make them in that flavor.” I have never heard such BS in my life. You mean you can’t just change the sauce for me? Will never order here again.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. Ordered my pizza for a future pick up and received it cold. And who ever answered the phone wasn’t too nice, honey!??

I ordered two pizzas on the app only one was ready to 20 mins after the other one will go to Dominos next time. No one cared there
