Unfortunately I have to leave a review. Over the last couple months the service and food has gone down. Tonight my family visited and we were the only ones inside. It took a while to even get our food and everyone for their food at different times. The food two of use order was on two menus and prices differently. They did not honor the lower priced food and said there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Then our desserts came and they were melting down the sides and one of the milkshakes was warm. We even asked for spoons and it took around 10 mins to get those. We love supporting small businesses but they need to be better at their service. Prices are going up and the quality is going down.

We had great service from our server even though the food took a long time to come out, but the food was terrible and messed up me and boyfriends stomachs really bad. The entire store was filled with smoke from the cooks in the back, idk if they don't have working hood ducts or something but it was hard to be in there with all the smoke burning our eyes. All in all we won't be returning but the served they had was very kind.

I have tried to do business with Peggy Ray's several times since they opened. Both in house and pickup. I have yet to receive my order as I asked for it. They need to listen to the customer and convey that order to the kitchen in an efficient manor. I'm not a happy camper.

The breakfast isn't that great waited over 30 minutes for bacon that reminded me of the microwave bacon that's paper thin and was cold small portion of eggs and one piece of French toast and both were kinda warm no idea why I waited so long for food at this temp and the Monte Cristo is just French toast with the stuff put on it not fried like most places 2 items I wouldn't suggest.

I ordered the Papaw’s platter. 2 eggs, 1toast, 1 piece of French toast & 3 pieces of bacon. I asked for over easy eggs. They came out sunny side up. I sent them back & they came out over hard! The bacon is microwave bacon. The toast is only toasted on one side. They were out of OJ. Over all … very disappointed! I will not be back.
This is a taste of the good old days. Awesome atmosphere great service and good! Very clean and would highly recommend! The Clint Eastwood burger was amazing!

Had hamburgers and fries one day. Came back for breakfast . Portions are good I think lot food gets wasted at times. Breakfast the same. The did forget my french toast and took little to long. But all and all I love this place.
