Sonic Drive-In

I got my food literally started trying to eat it in the car. Everything was cold. My cheese won’t even melt it on my food. I called cause I don’t stay where I bought my food for they tell me I gotta bring the food back in the receipt, I throw it away. They don’t make no sense. They can have a little change. I guess they need more than me.

We had many mistakes not 1 not 2 but 3 maybe more mistakes give wrong size missing a drink and many more but the lady was nice but sonic kept giving us mistakes over and over

Too long of a wait. The screen said that SHAYNA was on the way with my order and she showed up 5 minutes later!! Poor customer service!!

The gentleman that took my order was great! Read back my order and was patient. Also didn’t take long with my food. But when I began to eat my chili dog I noticed it tasted weird, I pulled the chili and cheese back and my hotdog looked awful. It was grey and bright pink. I’m currently pregnant so eating food that’s potentially bad isn’t safe for me. Plz just be mindful of stuff like that.

How do you have a place that is built on ice cream and you cannot get an ice-cream cone.....

Honestly this trip was the tipping point to not return. Burgers were barely warm, mozzarella sticks were cold, breading came of both orders of pickle fries, onion rings were greasy and falling apart, fries were half empty. Dr. Pepper, cherry, lime vanilla soda wasn’t right either. You pay extra for flavors and it tasted like cherry Dr Pepper. The only reason I didn’t send it back was be case were starving.
Absolutely don’t recommend this location.

The food we got was absolutely horrible. To start off my finances burger was old and hard. So we went back around to get a fresh one. After we talked to the night shift manager I realized my chicken sandwich was completely raw and pink. It looked like it was flash fried for not even a minute. I Got very sick that night. We filed multiple complaints and the gm seems to be avoiding this situation and we have yet to receive a refund. We called today and while talking they hung up on us and then when we tried to call back, the phone line was off.

The fries were hard and cold look like the last of the batch that was left . Also asked for extra sauce because they gave us two kinds we didn’t even ask for and it took a little while to get . For the price u pay they should make it right

Waited well over 30 minutes just to get my order taken while I watched multiple others getting their order taken AND their food before I could even get someone to answer the button despite trying multiple times.

Tell me why they said they don't have bbq dipping sauce anymore but yet u can order it off the app.... yall get ur shit together I swear all restaurants in this town are going to hell 😒
