Mobile order took 32 minutes to fulfill. My drink was ready in a timely manner, then about 15 minutes later I get my first of two breakfast items. Finally after asking THREE times, I finally received my second breakfast item. At this point, I’ve already finished my drink, the first breakfast item us barely warm!! If I choose to pay $15 for breakfast, at least serve it ALL to me in a timely manner!!!!!
I will NEVER go to Starbucks again. They have been shut down more than open for mobile orders, WITHOUT notification, and FORCE you to sit through drive through.
Today I did for the 10th time (nbd) and when I got to the window, she told me because I didn’t tell them in the intercom I was a mobile order I couldn’t get my coffee. They had 20+ drinks at the waiting area for pick up. I ordered 15 mins before getting there.

The parking lot has plenty of space, but the entry and exit are in a horrible location on a very busy highway, causing traffic jams. Despite these problems, the staff is considered the most polite in Hopkinsville, and recent updates suggest some issues have been solved, making the location close to perfection. However, some customers recommend Lasaters for better coffee and service without the wait.
