Just went to this Starbucks on a road trip and it was terrible. I got an oat milk gingerbread chai for my husband and I, and it was sour. I poured the foam out to see if it got better. It didn't. I don't know if the milk was old or if they added something, but it tasted so bad. I just wasted $12 for 2 so I'm super disappointed.

Every time I come to Starbucks now days it taste like they have left stuff out of there coffee and It tastes terrible. I am sick of paying for coffee I either have to get them to fix or not drink it at all. I used to love Starbucks but from now on I am going to be going to lasiters.

I work at Starbucks, so I know how things should be. Went in at 10 am and was told they only brew Pike, no blonde or dark roast. Didn't offer a pour over. I watched the lady put my refresher in the cup without measuring it or shaking it. Not up to Starbucks standards.

Very friendly employees and speedy service.⬅️ review made after 1st few visits.. {Fast-forward 6 years; DAILY visits} I still ADORE these folks (especially Tanner, he's the best! Lol) And they are friendly but I will have to say in the last year or so I have noticed a HUGE increase of *out of items* at this particular location. In the passed year I e been to Starbucks in Michigan, Tennessee, little further away in KY and I've NEVER been told out of caramel drizzle except for here. And it's a WEEKLY occurrence. You would think they'd be able to gauge the demand with what to order but seems one of the most popular items used in their drinks is ALWAYS out? ORDER MORE CARAMEL DRIZZLE PLEASE for goodness sakes? ?I literally pack my own from home every morning bc more than likely they are out. Again it isn't a Starbucks issue been to tons, never been told sorry out of drizzle. But man I wish it would get fixed here at the Hopkinsville location. And maybe a 2nd location on other side of town so that the drive thru line doesn't cause a wreck right there at that light and Parkway exits and all that. ? just a thought. Love y'all. UPDATE: Fastforward a few years, problems are solved. The parking and entry/exits could use an update or possibly just an addition but other than that, this is as close to perfection as an establishment can get. And as far as where it's located, as in the city of Hopkinsville, they HANDS DOWN have the most polite and hard working employees you will find here. Absolutely one of my favorite places to visit. And I visit often? Keep up the good work guys?
Parking: The parking is great, however, the entry and exit are hard to access and cause a huge traffic jam during peak business hours (usually during school/work transportation times in the a.m. and the p.m. Also, Freddy's is a restaurant right beside Starbucks at this location, and I have utilized their lot several times to bypass the entry point thats backed into the VERY busy intersection and it isn't a problem. So technically there is 2 whole parking lots available..Definitely plenty of parking, just a HORRIBLE location of the entry point...only 1 entry point and this is on a VERY busy highway/bypass and also right off of an interstate and a parkway off/on ramps. They should definitely make a 2nd entrance on the Ft. Campbell Blvd. Side of the store. Just my opinion. ?

They have a new girl at the window and its a hit or miss with her. Sometimes her personality is very bland, Nothing compared to the previous girl. She was always so friendly.

The service here is really hit or miss over the last few months. The morning staff is amazing and friendly like always and they will always go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. But i cannot say the same for the afternoon/evening staff. More than once i have paid for my drink and it was horrible. Now once or twice it can be overlooked but i have had to get my same drink remade over 13 separate times because they didn’t make it right, the wait will be immensely long even if there is only one car in front of you, and the staff doesn’t even acknowledge you when you speak sometimes. I have been frequenting this location for a long time and i honestly am considering driving to the Clarksville location just so i can finally have my drink done correctly with GREAT service the first time.
