They are under new management and you can definitely tell. The shrinkflation in meat has ended, coupons and weekly specials are back and the staff is so friendly. Offered me fresh baked cookies right out the oven and I couldn’t pass up! Everything was excellent and I’m so glad to have subway back to the way it used to be.

Went through the drive thru and my sandwich only had 2 pieces of lettuce, 2 onions no tomatoes or cucumbers. I had to work to pay for my meal not preserve your food cost. Very dissatisfied complete 0

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and wish to provide a zero-star rating. Despite arriving at 9:10 am, I was forced to wait for 35 minutes for the staff member to prepare for the day. She failed to apologize for the delay and only mentioned that she was opening alone and had a lot to do. When I finally placed my order, I was shocked to find that my sandwich contained only four thin slices of meat, which was unacceptable. The staff member claimed that this was in line with the owner's instructions, and I was offered the option to pay for double meat. I declined and expressed my disappointment. Furthermore, the bathrooms were out of order, the floor was dirty, and the staff member failed to wear gloves when handling my bread. I only completed my purchase to share this review and warn others about the subpar service and quality at this Subway location. I was only passing through and I will never be back!

Seems as though these franchise subway restaurants have no customers, and you wonder why? they don't honor any of the promotion that are televised. Why are you in business? You can show them the ads on the Subway website, and they still refuse to honor it, then get out of the community.

As soon as walked in I could notice how clean this establishment was. The gentleman name Aman the manager was absolutely amazing with customer service and order preparation. I recommend this subway 100/100.

Sometimes the lettuce/veggies look a little sad but the guy that works at night is phenomenal, he knows my order as soon as I walk in!! Always fast and friendly. Service 5 plus stars! Food quality 3.5 stars.

The guys that work at this subway are phenomenal. Very courteous, and are subway pros. They are fast and yet attentive to your order. This subway is our favorite. Keep it up guys.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available. It's just somewhat confusing as how to enter the parking lot from the main road to turn into the parking lot.

I literally only go to subway when I crave veggies(even though they skimp on those too) they don't take any type of coupons. Subs are the same price as jersey Mike's anymore, yet half as big. All around, it's NOT the place to go for a sub. I'm going to see if I can get veggies loaded on a jersey Mike steak sub and if so I'll never go to subway again.... except for cookies. Those are always good!!!

I was greeted by two young men, I started to order so I took out my coupons. The staff member said we don’t do coupons here. I said, why? He said those are fake. I said no they’re not got them in the mail he said they’re still fake. Then I said well I got the mobile app he stated that’s fake too. The coupon was 6.99$ for a footlong and on my app I was suppose to get a free cookie upon purchasing. The food was horrible as well!

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. All the veggies were old, the spinach was DRIPPING and mushy and he tried to say it was still good. I believe it's the new management that is the problem.

It looks like new management took over. I went there 3 times to order and was disappointed all 3 times. 1st visit I order a wrap and they didn’t even know how to close it properly looked like it exploded when I opened it. 2nd visit I waited 20mins in DRIVETHRU to get my food and there was nobody in front of me in line. 3rd visit I ordered tuna and they decided to give me turkey and not be willing to exchange for the proper sandwich when I came an hour later to complain. I live 20 minutes away and they didn’t understand the concept of waiting till u got home to open and enjoy your food so no refund or exchange. Don’t go there and save yourself the disappointment.

Kid-friendliness: Very dry customer service I wouldn’t dare bring my child in there hoping for a good experience.
