The guys that work at this subway are phenomenal. Very courteous, and are subway pros. They are fast and yet attentive to your order. This subway is our favorite. Keep it up guys.Parking: Plenty of parking is available. It's just somewhat confusing as how to enter the parking lot from the main road to turn into the parking lot.

I literally only go to subway when I crave veggies(even though they skimp on those too) they don't take any type of coupons. Subs are the same price as jersey Mike's anymore, yet half as big. All around, it's NOT the place to go for a sub. I'm going to see if I can get veggies loaded on a jersey Mike steak sub and if so I'll never go to subway again.... except for cookies. Those are always good!!!

I was greeted by two young men, I started to order so I took out my coupons. The staff member said we don’t do coupons here. I said, why? He said those are fake. I said no they’re not got them in the mail he said they’re still fake. Then I said well I got the mobile app he stated that’s fake too. The coupon was 6.99$ for a footlong and on my app I was suppose to get a free cookie upon purchasing. The food was horrible as well!

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. All the veggies were old, the spinach was DRIPPING and mushy and he tried to say it was still good. I believe it's the new management that is the problem.

It looks like new management took over. I went there 3 times to order and was disappointed all 3 times. 1st visit I order a wrap and they didn’t even know how to close it properly looked like it exploded when I opened it. 2nd visit I waited 20mins in DRIVETHRU to get my food and there was nobody in front of me in line. 3rd visit I ordered tuna and they decided to give me turkey and not be willing to exchange for the proper sandwich when I came an hour later to complain. I live 20 minutes away and they didn’t understand the concept of waiting till u got home to open and enjoy your food so no refund or exchange. Don’t go there and save yourself the disappointment.Kid-friendliness: Very dry customer service I wouldn’t dare bring my child in there hoping for a good experience.

They rip you off!I used to like this Subway. The workers remembered who I was, my regular order, and made a good sandwich...that met Subways standards. NOW it's usually just the owners and their kids working here. They totally rip you off. The sandwiches they make DON'T MEET SUBWAYS STANDARDS!!! The sandwiches are soooo skimpy. What's the point of doing this to your customers, if you lose them??? Not very smart.

It took seven minutes to place my order at the drive up. Not because I couldn't decide what I wanted, I already knew. But because the person taking the order, clearly had no idea what she was doing. Tuna sandwich, lots of spinach, just a little bit of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, black olives and light on the mayo. I pulled around to pay my money at the window and the guy asking for money was nice however I had no idea what he was saying to me. It was $13.$.49 from what the receipt said. But I had no idea what he was saying so I just gave him a $20 knowing that would cover it. I got my sandwich and drove home and there was so much mayonnaise on it. It was gross. I had four little pieces of spinach and a mountain of lettuce. This is not rocket science! In addition, they do not except subway coupons. I will not be returning.
Though the food is decent, the staff are totally apathetic/unfriendly. Furthermore, the seating arrangement in the store is not inviting. This is topped-off with an expectation for the customer to leave a tip – no thanks!

This took place June 3/23, around 7pm… We placed a take out order online and when we got home, one of the sandwiches was not right.We called the store and spoke to a black girl about the sandwich. The pizza sub had no marinara sauce at all, but some other sauce we think was chipotle…. The girl on phone said she put marinara, then just sit on phone quiet, we replied no, then she just repeats the same answer.. and then she hung up the phone.She had a IdgaF attitude and we paid $27 total for a meal that we couldn’t eat. I do not recommend this store.Could be just fire the dummy that obviously doesn’t care if you sell another sandwich again. I think it was because we were white maybe… she just acted like she didn’t have time for these white people. Won’t be back.

It’s pretty sad when the owner of three locations here in Hopkinsville cannot do any of the promotions that subway puts out. Just go and check for yourself on the mobile app. You’ll have to drive 20 miles to get the buy one get one free deal. True colors are showing.
