Twisted Tenders

This place is a scam. Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it? We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it. The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

Ordered from uber. Did not get what I ordered. They were out of the Nashville hot which is fine but since they only make two things it's honestly dumb. The Mac and cheese was falsely advertised. Overall just not impressed especially since it isn't cheap.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Ordered online and got only 1 of the 5 sauces that was supposed to come with the order. With how expensive it is you'd think they could get the cheap part of it right.

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place

Just placed a door dash order and received 4 cups of butter and none of the 4 sauces we chose to go with our 20 chicken Tender order. We received regular Mac and cheese when we ordered chipotle Mac and cheese. We ordered waffle fries and received regular fries. Very disappointed with this experience.

We ordered takeout today and were extremely disappointed. This was our first time eating here and pretty much everything that could have gone wrong, did. The chicken was extremely dry, fries were cold, and my husband ordered the chipotle mac and cheese which was completely inedible. We will not be returning.

The food was beyond horrible. Almost every single chicken tender was burnt. Like not edible burnt. My daughter her prefers her food like this could hardly eat. Also the Mac and cheese sucked. I could have went to raising cane's paid less and got drinks for way better quality. Smh 0 starts ?

This is just another ghost kitchen inside a corporate chain. Twisted Tenders runs out of Logan’s Roadhouse. And when you look them up on Instagram, every single one of their posts has fake comments from fake followers.

Garbage food with garbage service! Worst scam I’ve ever been apart of. Don’t waste your time or money on this stuff. Again it’s a scam, nothing I ordered was right.

Their tenders are good but they aren't good enough to be worth the money. Mac and cheese is plain and not at all as advertised. I paid extra for one of each kind of sauce and instead got 3 ranch, 1 buffalo, 1 honey mustard, and barely a 1/3 cup of what I assume is the Cajun sauce. overall very disappointed in spending that much money for it to be just meh. not happy to have wasted money on things that weren't included in the order. (also I ordered through door dash, so it's partly on the driver for not verifying but mostly on the restaurant for not getting it right) we will not order from here again. do NOT recommend.

Have ordered from them a few times and my order has never been correct. Either didn’t give the sauce, wrong tenders or the wrong amount. Do not recommend!
