Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This place has gotten ridiculous!! For the second time we have waited for our to go order way longer than we should, only to have to go inside because they keep putting it in with doordash orders. Mind you, both times were not busy, meaning the employees couldn't be bothered to do their job because they were on their damn phone. Nobody wants to pay all that for cold food. Do better Zaxby's!

It took awhile to get acknowledged as I stood waiting to place an order. But once I did, the cashier was very friendly and my order was correct, hot and speedy

Employee that answered the phone went to get a mamager then come back on the phones saying he was the manager what do i want and when another person took the phone yelling and lauging all in the back like a fight or party not one care to the problem at all just call out gm and no answer with that number either

Not eating here anymore. Never can get an order right or if they do it’s old food or they screw you over. The one in clarksville is so much better.

Usually have a good experience, love the peach tea, but today they gave my online order to someone else and hemmed and hawed about replacing it. They should check for proof before letting orders leave building.

Never … I will never eat there again. There was a mouse inside the restaurant and the employees were not surprised, so I can understand that it is normal for them to have mice.

We waited and had to call from the curbside to ask for our food when it still had not come out almost 10 minutes late. They made a joke and said sorry so and so can't read. Ok, no big deal. We head out down the road. They forgot to give us a sandwich. Five minutes down the road we realize we are missing an item. I called back and they said I'd have to turn around and come back for a refund, or they have it there waiting for me. Sorry, a long road trip doesn't need to be any longer than it already is. I think we are done with Zaxbys.

Parking: No lights on outside. They haven't changed it for fall yet.

My mom went to get Zaxby's, and she specifically asked for extra toast on the chicken tender meal for me, and they have me extra fries instead. They did the same thing to my dad's meal a few weeks ago, so this meal was free as compensation but they still can't get the order right. My meal was also supposed to come with a drink, but my mom said that the girl told her I don't get one.
