Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

all mines have been ones and twos simply because customer service is lousy and people do not know how to get the order right dealing with their food. I’ve come in here on numerous occasion and have stayed in line for approximately 10 minutes or better employees walking around on their cell phones gossiping, but nobody tending to the customer. It needs better customer service.

Absolutely pathetic. I will happily drive 30 minutes to Raising Cane's and actually get the correct food. All soda flavors were out or not available. The tea containers empty. Left the cup of ice on the counter. The food was wrong. I had to ask someone to help me because standing at the register waiting isn't common sense enough that someone wants something. I assure you I will never give this specific location another penny for as long as I live in this town. I should have went somewhere else and knew I should but thought I'd give it a chance. I haven't been to this location in a long time and you showed me exactly why I shouldn't and don't and will not give this place another penny

Went out to dinner with my sisters and they chose Zaxbys. The food was fresh and good. The workers were pleasant and friendly. The lobby was clean and so was the bathrooms.

I ordered a 6 piece finger plate I get a 4 finger plate they got my drink wrong. The bad thing is something is always wrong or missing I come here.

I got the wings and things the wings were cold and the things were good but cold wings dont fly.

Very slow cashier. Food was mid. But hey, they didn't forget anything.

This store was dirty. The lobby was atrocious. No one spoke when we entered or exited. We looked at 6 different tables before finding a clean one. The floors had wet places everywhere no sign or caution marks. The employees were just holding up the counters. If they don’t have a lobby attendant they need one.

Food, service and atmosphere were all good. However, the floors were very slick....unable to stand up in the female bathroom. They must be mopping the floor with the same water they mop the greasy kitchen with....GROSS z

This place is a complete disaster. It’s being run by teenagers who clearly think this is social hour instead of a job. Where’s the manager—or does one even exist? I pulled up at 8:58 and didn’t get a response until 9:02 when Gakya finally decided to answer the mic. From the jump, she wasn’t paying attention—muting the mic, repeating the wrong order back, and generally acting clueless. It took three tries just to get the order right.
At the window, they charged me for the wrong thing. When I asked to fix it (and even offered to pay the difference), the girl at the window asked her coworker, who then said out loud, “I’m just gonna tell them no.” Like, are you serious? We could hear you. Then they doubled down and refused to correct their mistake—as if I hadn’t already repeated the order three times.
Bottom line: Gakya and whoever trained her need to be retrained—or better yet, replaced. This is fast food, not rocket science. If you can’t listen, punch in an order, and show basic respect to customers, then you shouldn’t be working.
