Horrible customer serive. There was no one in line but me. No one made eye contact and they all tried their best to ignore me it seemed. The one finally takes my order and just leaves the sandwich to the person which then proceeded to start talking to another co worker. It wasn't till the cashier asked who's sandwich that was that they prepped my sandwich. Not sure who's managing this store but you all need better people with better work attitude here. That's just simply uncalled for.

I typically love Jersey Mikes but pretty disappointed in this location. They got multiple things wrong with my most recent to go order. The bread always tastes over baked and old, and this location constantly skimps on toppings.

I'm not sure what the problem is but every time I go there I always get two or more sandwiches and they always forget to make mine. All I get is a regular feeling no green peppers and they always forget it!
Women threw the sandwich on the table and just walked away I guess she was having a bad day. Also since when was the #9 one piece of cheese and one piece of meat?

Sometimes people screw up. It happens.
I place an online order today for two sandwiches so I can have lunch with my wife on her birthday. I waited and waited and waited but the order never came out. I started pressing the issue and eventually they discovered that my ticket had been misplaced. I was frustrated but not mean. It happens. They started on my order and I sat there contemplating who to complain to and what to say. Turns out I didn't have to do anything because the employees made it right. They apologized and offered a generous gift for my trouble.
The food is delicious, the customer service is top-notch. Yeah they messed up my order but they made it right and I'm grateful.

Guy cooking hot subs completely got the order wrong. Had to pick off the things we asked to exclude and ask for the things added. Not a smile or a I'm sorry for not getting that right. Try writing the order down when it's busy. I guess we'll travel to another JM to see if it's better.

Fairly positive this place gave me food poisoning today. Ordered a Philly cheese steak for lunch and with in an hour I was feeling nauseous. Within 4 hours, I was vomiting.
