I ordered my go to ham-cheese-mushroom-onion omelet and it was a little overcooked. But then again it usually is no matter which waffle House I go to. Also I always order wheat toast and am always give white toast. I don't know why that is . . .

I usually try and tip extremely well as a thanks for the service, I make a fair bit of money and want to help out. Tina at this location assumed it was a mistake and went above and beyond verifying after I had walked out that I had tipped the right amount.

I have bfast in this waffle house at Lousville. The menus almost the same as ihop, dennys and other similar rest. But there is one big different, the hospitality.. Midwester city with southern falovour hospitality at its best ......bravo

Travis took my order, made 5 other meals, and served me coffee before the lady on the floor even noticed I was sitting at the end of the bar. Travis is top notch and made my 1-2 times a year waffle house visit worth it. I'm Retired Air Force and recipient of the 2009 Hennessy National Restaurant Award for Best Large Dining Facility in the Air Force. I understand what it takes to serve good food and provide great service. Give Travis a raise for his contributions that he provides on his shift.

This place was crazy busy the two times I ate there over the weekend. Lots of business from the music festival I was in town for. Had to wait a little for a table but food came quick and was excellent. I can't praise the staff enough. They were tackling what looked like a neverending crowd and handled it in style. Kudos to everyone who worked Louder than Life weekend.
