Just had breakfast this morning on our way to a baseball tournament in the area and had the BEST experience. The food was delicious and our service was EXCEPTIONAL. Michelle was our server, and from the moment we walked through the door, she warmly greeted us and treated us us like family. This was honestly some of the best service we have had in a long, LONG time. Even the staff that wasn't serving us interacted with us. It was refreshing to have an experience like that because you definitely do not get that very often anymore.Kid-friendliness: Our server, Michelle, talked to our son like she knew him her entire life. We are from out of town playing baseball this weekend, and she went out of her way to let the whole restaurant know that she got to serve a baseball player. She made him feel like a superstar, and I can't express how much I appreciated that.

You can never go wrong at any Waffle House. This is what the good ole Breakast is all about when traveling in the south. I love the Waffle House, and no, they didn't give me a discount to write a nice review. Everywhere I find a Waffle House, I enjoy breakfast anytime of the day. Always feel welcomed, I love their strong coffee. My favorite plate is: chicken breast with sunny side up egga, smothered hashbrowns w/Jalapeños with toast with their strawberry jam.
We went for Valentine's Day and everything was absolutely perfect. Michelle did a great job taking care of our reservations, and the place looked great with decorations. Each staff member was over and beyond.

I am a vegetarian and the cook here is so nice, he completely cleans off the grill for me to make my hashbrowns. He doesn't have to but he takes the time to do it every time so I tip him really well. They have the best hashbrowns you will ever find. I get mine with onions and extra cheese and they are amazing! Their grilled cheese, waffles and cheese grits are all really good too. I always get mine to go because they are on my way home from work and the food stays hot and delicious.
