My wife and I went through the drive thru right at closing time. We didn’t expect to be served but thought we would give it a try. Nick not only took our order but made us feel welcome and appreciated. We never expected service like that, especially at closing time. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasty! I just can't with this restaurant anymore. It's so exhausting having to constantly check and go back in for things, we ordered but didn't get, or things we didn't order but got charged for etc. Love the food, but NEVER have we ever gotten anything correctly that we didn't have to go inside get fixed, removed, returned etc. 🙃 You'd think when you get pulled up they'd make your order correctly but boy are you wrong to think that. I once waited 45 minutes for a online order, when I finally got the food you guessed it it was wrong. Right receipt, wrong food. They quickly remade the food and apologized, returned with the originally ordered food. I check it and guess what? You've got it if you guessed it was wrong. I drove around the building went inside. Got what I ordered. This all added onto that 45 minutes I had already waited. Thinking maybe it was just a bad night. Made the mistake and came back today with my husband, we ordered food that we usually normally order, what should have been no more than 24-25$ was over 40$. I had already gone inside. And had money given back for and extra fry we did not order. Wasn't till we were heading home and my husband realized they had charged us combos and charged us for the drinks and fries that would have already came with the combos. We were already home and didn't want to get back out. Straight up just frustrated/disappointed. Loss of money, food wasn't right. If I could leave a 0 star review I would but google doesn't alow this.
I have been going to this Hardee's for years now. Today will be the last time. Me and my wife eat here 2-3 times per week. And every time they mess our orders up. For the record we never order anything big or complex just simple meals. Every shift every day of the week does not matter they give us wrong stuff and charge us for things we didn't ask for nor receive. Today our 24 dollar meal was $42. They charged us for our individual combos but then charged us separately for our drinks and fries. A twelve dollar meal became $20 and a $10 meal became $20. Recieved curly fries that we didn't ask for but we're charged for. Charged for waters which we did not ask for or receive. The mushroom Swiss burger was torn and squished. The 10 piece Nashville hot chicken strips were just regular chicken strips. The coke zero i ordered was a regular coke and was flat. They reimbursed us for one of the large fries we ordered and that was it. Only to get home and realize they messed up even worse than we originally had thought. I am beyond done with this store and it's employees. Most unprofessional restraunt me or my wife have ever had the displeasure of visiting. On top of all of that you would think the fact they ask you to pull ahead to keep they're drivethru times down so the dim manager gets theyre bonus that they would atleast get the order right with all that extra time they take but no. This incident was the final straw for us. But it has occurred every single time we have been for months now. It does not even deserve a 1 star. This Hardee's needs new management, new employees because the people there obviously cannot do anything right. Maybe others have a better experience than me and my wife. But for us this place has been a nightmare. We have spent thousands of dollars there but no more. Me or my wife or our family will be eating here anymore. Take your money somewhere else cause hyden Hardee's is not it. Garbage Restaurant. 🗑 absolute 🗑
