If I could give zero stars I would we had just finished moving here from 3 hours away and was so excited to go here and eat it took about 10-15 mins after we was seated for someone to come take drink orders without it being busy it took about 10 mins for my husband to get a strawberry lemonade he had ordered and then when we got our food it was cold and they had left the cheese and bacon I had ordered on my tots off and when it was brought back the bacon was all on the sides and the cheese was melted under the tots my husband and baby’s food was fine no complaints there at all then my wings I ordered mild and they was super spicy even my husband couldn’t handle them. The waitress brought me a refill and instead of sweat tea it might as well have been brown water and we wasn’t the only table that experienced trouble with this waitress the people say before and after us all families or couples the lady’s food was always messed up tonight’s experience was extremely unprofessional I’m beyond disappointed

Came and was seated. Waited 15 minutes never saw a hostess or anyone that came to our table. We got up and left. Lack of experience or they dont care! No customer service in today’s world I guess!

I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences at this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

Yesterday was National Wing Day, and the app had two promos: BOGO wings and 6 free wings with a $10 minimum purchase. Seemed like a great deal, right? I even called ahead to confirm that both offers could be stacked, and the woman on the phone assured me they could be. She even mentioned that two customers had already done it that day.

So, my wife and I planned this as our dinner. We didn’t prepare anything at home based on that confirmation. But when I got to the restaurant to pick up our order, they told me the phone rep was wrong and they wouldn’t honor both offers. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping for a reasonable resolution. But instead of making it right—especially after their own employee gave me incorrect information—they flat-out refused.

What made it even worse: a friend of mine walked in right after and used the BOGO offer. He got 20 wings for less than what I paid for 18. Unbelievable.

The manager could’ve easily stepped up and at least matched my friend’s deal, considering the situation. But nope. Nothing. No apology. No effort to fix their mistake.

Terrible customer service. I left feeling completely burnt. I’ll never go back to this location again, and I’d strongly caution others to double and triple check before trusting anything this store tells you over the phone.

Got the Buffalo chicken wrap, and it was the spiciest buffalo sauce I've ever had. I can handle some heat, so it wasn't as if I couldn't eat the wrap. I was just surprised by the amount of heat.

BLT skimpy on the bacon, but greasy bread was plentiful. Chicken parm sandwich a little light on chicken. Fries were cold; tots were fine. Service was OK.

Ordered food from uber eats from BWW. Fried and wings were both missing from the order. Uber eats wouldn’t refund me because of a coupon BWW had they was used in the order. So now I’m out food and money because BWW didn’t make the order properly.

I ordered naked traditional wings with a variety of sauces. They were the worst wings I've ever been served at any restaurant in my life. I called and ordered at 5:47p.m. today, a Thursday. They said it would be 30 min. I picked up at 6:09p.m. I arrive back at my home at 6:15p.m. the wings were overcooked, hard and cold. How is that possible? They were leathery hard, harder than jerky. I only ordered out so I would not have to cook. The wings went in the trash and I had to cook dinner anyway. I could have returned them and asked for a refund or the manager to reorder and replace them. I've learned over the years, it's best to learn your lesson the first time. My only regret was that I didn't take a photo of them before I threw them in the garbage so that I could post a picture and everyone could see exactly what i'm talking about. If the cook doesn't know how to cook wings properly then he/she should be fired. But it's the manager's job for quality control. If that was my restaurant I would fire the manager. That was the first time I've been to that restaurant and the last. I don't think those wings were freshly cooked. Overcooked and not hot at all, tells me they're not freshly cooked. I only live a mile from the restaurant. There's no excuse for me having cold wings when I got home. Shame, shame, shame on you Buffalo Wing Wings!

Went in approximately 615, seated immediately. 12 minutes later, no acknowledgment of our existence. So, we left after informing the manager.

Went to Ft. Wright, seated immediately, approximately 90 seconds later, greeted and placed drink orders. Inside of 12 minutes, we had appetizer and order placed.

Suggestion of the post, don't go to Independence BDubs, go to Ft. Wright, much better experience!!!

If I could give a negative review I would. I saw an add on Facebook for a dine in only deal so we went for dinner. First red flag: only saw one employee walking around the store, no one at the front desk, another couple in front of us waiting to be seated, took about 6 minutes to get seated ourselves. Finally got sat down, took another couple minutes for our server to take our drink order. She brought our drinks back and walked off - disappearing instead of taking our order. Then 10 minutes later see her reappear to clean tables. So, we got up and left. Now I remember why I don’t go there.

Placed an online order for 6 wings and fries, it said 30 min. When I got there to pick up the order that I had already paid for and left a tip, I was told it would be another 20-30 min. I'm sorry but 60 min for some wings is too long. Then I said can I just get a refund and that was a problem. They took my money immediately online for the order but now it's a problem to get a refund by the manager. She has to be the rudest manager in the food industry. I want my money back, tip included, and I will never visit this establishment again. My money spends everywhere but it'll never be spent here again

I know it’s Super Bowl Sunday but come on. Why would you give us a pick up time that’s over an hour out and then when I show up to pick up my order you say you are “prioritizing it”? This is not the first time this has happened at the to-go counter either. Their kitchen is also disgusting and every time the door would swing open you could see it.
Multiple workers just standing around in the back. There were also 2 cooks back there touching onion rings & wings without gloves. After standing in line for an hour I finally got my food and it was ICE COLD. Save yourself and do not eat here.
