This chipotle is good. Some of the other in the area are hit or miss, but this one is generally pretty good. The staff are always friendly. I recommend.

This place gets so much hate on here. Honestly, I have no idea why. I’ve never had a problem album and they’ve always delivered exactly what I ordered!

I went to this chipotle this past June and yes amazing food overall, biggest issue is probably their drinking station, and it tasted kinda meh and bland, and i didn't like the way they make it, so unfortunately, it's a 2/5 not nearly as great as the Erlanger or even, the one by Highland Heights.

Don’t come here. Rude and disrespectful staff. I came in at 10:15pm (45 minutes before close) the lady with black hair and piercings on her face had a nasty attitude and rudely assured me that the store closes in less than a hour and tells me to put my trash in the trash can next to the register, I was charged 5 dollars extra for my bowl even though I get the same thing every time. Not only that I felt like I was bothering them when all I was doing was grabbing dinner for myself. I wish corporate would do something about these type of workers. I’ll never come back to this Chipotle. Rude service and small portions sizes and the workers don’t know how to work the registers without charging extra. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Horrible experience I’ll never come back

This location gives small portions don't waste your money on these extra small burritos. Plus they will try to kill you by putting things on your burrito that you didn't order. I ordered online and bit into my burrito that had onions in it. Im allergic to onions.

I’m not the type to ever leave reviews. This is my 1st actually. I ordered my food and it was completely incorrect. I contacted the support team to be told they appreciate my feedback but I was already given a free entree even though I couldn’t eat my original bowl to begin with due to additional ingredients being added that I unfortunately cannot eat as it makes me sick. When pressing further as I no longer had an edible dinner, they pretty much told me I was out of luck after spending $35.00 on 2 bowls + 1 bag of chips + 1 drink + tip. All I want was my food corrected not a voucher for a free meal. This did fix my situation at hand as I’m sick and my husband was nice enough to grab my food while he was already out. Customer Service was no help and now I am out a dinner for myself tonight. 0/10. Would not recommend.

Bring your own meat because you’re not going to get a lot here.

There is absolutely no excuse for employees to be handling money with gloved hands, then dipping same gloved hand into cheese/other food and serving food. 2nd time I saw this so it’s probably commonplace. Going to make people very sick. Need a mgr to contact me or won’t be back.

I have yet to get an order from here that is correct. There is AWAYS something missing. The portion size is ridiculous. Definitely worth driving to a different location this one is just horrible.edit: reached out to them per instructions for the fourth time and still haven’t heard anything back. Someone please shut independence location down it’s the worst!

Paid 17$ for a bowl through DoorDash.
The skimpiest bowl ever!!!! Hardly any meat, and no lettuce or queso like I ordered! And my chips, are so stale!
Will never get my service again!

Ordered 3 burritos and a bowl. Got 2 bowls and 2 burritos. All ingredients were all wrong. Got credit and reordered. Right stickers wrong ingredients. How can you mess up that much in 30 minutes?
