Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is the worst. Hands down. Ordered double chicken and got a scoop and a quarter. From the employees mouth “that’s double chicken. The amount of rice is what you would put in a child’s meal. Not to mention my son’s burrito is always small yet they managed to rip the wrap. Did they re wrap? Nope. I travel a lot and most of my expenses for dinner is chipotle. It’s sad my hometown chipotle misses every time. Tried to go to the corporate site to give feedback.

We’ve been to this chipotle several times in the last year. We typically are ordering after 8pm. The service has been good and the food still is fresh that late past a rush. The portions have been more than adequate.

Chipotle is usually top choice for a quick bite. But this location — this location is like a different restaurant altogether. The care, the love, the patience, the experience, the cleanliness, the vibe. All are completely unmatched by any Chipotle in the universe.Thank you for your glorious service.

by far the best chipotle in the entire tri-state area. i've never had a better experience at a chipotle. the store is always clean. the staff is always accommodating to my dairy allergy. and the portions always feel fair. best. chipotle. ever.

I am a Chipotle addict and was so excited for this new location but after a year of giving them an excuse they are new I am done! The portions are extremely small compared to any other location. If I wanted a small burrito I would have stopped at Taco Bell.Every single time I come for dinner they are out of things as well. Last night…. No taco shells, no chips, no vinaigrette etc. only excuse is we got slammed…. I have been to locations all over Kentucky and Indiana and have never once in all the years been told we are out of anything. Whoever is in charge of ordering isn’t ordering based on sales. If you’re always out of Taco shells order more because for a year I have been told you always run out because you’re slammed. Don’t even get me started on not having chips when I pay extra for gauc and queso every time and you try to give me 2 bags of kids chips as a replacement for being out of chips. I am done. I will drive to Fort Wright and give them my money.

It wasn't busy but dining room was filthy. Food was stuck to the chairs and bench. The chicken was dry and hard, very small portions and she was VERY rude. The food and service are usually very good here but this time it left a bad taste in our mouths LITERALLY!

I ordered the new beef barbacoa bowl after seeing an ad. The other things in the bowl were fine but the beef wasn’t good at all. It was very stringy and fat.

Bad customer service. No one ever cared to provide a service to the customer. The employees are minded their own business and do whatever they were doing. This place needs older employees, around my age to manage the kids around here.

Made me the smallest burrito and said it was small bc I didn't have a lot of extras on it. I then stated how much it just cost me ($18.30 with chips, guac, and a drink) and that I never get extras on it, and it is never that small of a burrito. They then looked confused and did not help or try to make it better in any way. And to top it off the chips were stale. Been eating here multiple times a week for past month for work. Last time I'll eat here. No pride in work now a days.

I love that they have a drive thru for pick up orders at this Chipotle, but this time I ordered inside. The employees were very friendly and made my order very quickly. The food was fresh and delicious. The store was clean and well-staffed!
