Not sure what the change point has been in the last few months and even more severe in the last several weeks but every time I go it’s at least a 20-30 minute wait…especially if you order any food items. Today, I placed a mobile order 30 minutes PRIOR to arriving at the store. I walk in to pure chaos and angry customers everyone asking for refunds. It seemed like the 20 people or so working had no clue how to actually run the shop. 5 different people asked me what I was waiting for and all said the same thing…were working on it. Finally the first kid that inquired came back over and asked again…he laughed and said oh yea I remember you from an hour ago. I took the food but after we drove off my daughter let me know the order was made wrong. This is the 3rd time in the last 2 months that I’ve ordered the $6 sandwich and been given the $2 wrap. I normally stop by 4-5 times a week but today was it for me. We’ll leave a little earlier from now on and support Bailey Jayne’s in Walton.

I go to Dunkin at least 4 times a week and ask for the same drink. Dunkin always makes it perfect or is willing to remake it to fit my needs. Without complaint. Thanks Dunkin!!

Normally okay. But for the past few times the idea of making Americano has become foreign to them. It is made with hot water, not cold water. Either. Learn how to make it or take it off your menu and I will find it somewhere else.

Paid nearly $4 for a watered down refresher. I can’t wait until Starbucks in Independence opens up. Dunkin Independence is a waste of money. 9 out of 10 drinks I’ve ordered from here are wrong.

Three of the last four visits have been unable to be fulfilled or incorrectly fulfilled or both. Out of items when you arrive that were ordered from the mobile or the wrong item order. They have been unable to refund app purchases as well.

The drive-thru was busy so I thought I'd walk in. I stood there for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. It was so uncomfortable that I just had to turn around and leave. No one said hello or I'll be with you in a minute. It was like I wasn't even there.

The breakfast sandwich I got was so nasty it tasted funny I got the sausage cheese, croissant. Will never get food there ever again.

Even when it's packed the service is quick. Staff is patient and they always have enough donuts.

disappointed with my recent visits. I order very simple things, normally no more than 2 or 3 items max so it’s frustrating when my order is wrong (cold or squished food) or things are missing. My last visit, I was paying in cash and After handing over a $20 bill, I gave her a nickel to make it even change of $8. They refused to accept my nickel which is so silly for me to complain about, but it was incredibly simple math and I’m confused why they couldn’t accept my change when I’m paying in cash? Maybe the girl just couldn’t do the math but THEN I got home and realized I was missing food. I hate to complain but this place just keeps getting it wrong and it used to be so good!!

I’ve been going here for years but will never be back. First off they hand me my coffee from the top of the lid, so I have to grab it from the middle. As soon as I get it to bring it in my car it spills all over. The guy at the window just chucked and says “sorry” now I have to clean the interior of my car. They also got the food order wrong and the coffee was not good. The service here has been going down hill
