The first thing I noticed when I was walking in was the dirty glass in the doors. Then I went to the counter to order my carry out I couldn't help but notice that the entire counter looked like it had a coating of grease on it. Also the counter itself hadn't been wiped in a good while. The whole store needed a good cleaning. But overlooking that, the staff was efficient in getting my meal out to me quickly...and were pleasant too. My Big Boy could have stood a few more pickles but was still good. And my fries were done to perfection. Decent visit.

Once the biggest fan of Frisch's for either lunch with co workers or dinner with family I have been consistently disappointed by the inaccuracies and slow service over my last 4 visits via drive thru. I stopped in person visits about a year ago due to the poor service we received in the store. In the last 5 drive thru visits we have experienced missing food items AND incorrectly prepared orders. It's a shame because I have enjoyed the classic menu items from this chain for more than 30 years
