I placed a cupcake order, was very specific with the guy on the phone for how I wanted them decorated. I came in and they were all incorrect and I told the lady that handed me the cupcakes. She lied to my face and told me that it was impossible to ice the cupcakes the way I wanted. I used to decorate cakes for Kroger. She just didn't want to correct the order. I'm now out of time to get cupcakes anywhere else. I'll never order from the bakery again.

Why does kroger pick up tell me my items are unavailable when I can find them in store myself at pick up? I've gone in several times just out of curiosity and 9/10 times I find the item. Additionally, pick up stopped doing paper receipts. This causes me to miss out on cash back rewards from another app I use, that requires paper receipt submissions. Online or print at home receipts will not work.

5 years ago this was the best store around. It was well stocked and the people were friendly. Wow how things have changed. They're clearly focus stocking to please the distracted, rude, aisle blocking students who pick orders for customers who no longer want to shop in the store. The aisles keep getting moved around so often you spend half your time searching for where they moved things only to find they dont have it because they're trying something new. They're clearly marketing to things to a much narrower 20 to 30 year old health crazed group of customers now. Everything is strange choose foods. There certainly is no customer loyalty left at this location.

This place right here is the worst place to shop or even to work at. The manager will steal from you you leads don't care about you and will schedule you pasted you're available. And to be honest this is the nastiest Kroger of all. Rotten meat in dry good open food on shelves even. Like they sure keep it clean.
