The worst McDonald's. Waited 35 minutes for 2 combos. .The employees are back there playing games . I will not come here again .

Ordering through the Drive Thru was the WORST experience. We were cut off every few words and then told to repeat. Drinks not available, etc. Every sandwich we ordered was wrong. Then all of our drinks were flat. Went inside to fix the order and get new drinks. All of the drinks were bad. I trashed the cups and came back to the car. My husband has been inside waiting for the food to be fixed for 20 minutes.(still inside) By the time he gets back he wont even eat the fries. Every car parked is complaining about food and going back inside. The white truck we pulled in beside of is still waiting on his Mobile Order. 1 star is way more than this place deserves.

How do I give zero stars. On several occasions my wife and myself have given this location an opportunity to redeem themselves. Always food slopped into containers. Once the pickles weren’t even on the burgers. Never again. Can we reduce the minimum wage? I’m thinking .50 per hour.

This location has taken such a dive. Multiple times I've experienced this disappointment, leading to this review. It should not take forty five minutes to get a simple cheeseburger In the drive through. I could go into a restaurant, Sit down, place an order, eat, have dessert, Get my check and leave and still be done before you can go through the McDonald's drive through, not to mention that the food is always cold or prepared very sloppily. This location is turning into one of the worst McDonald's locations in the area. Get it together, please..

Best McDonald's in NKY! I don't eat McDonald's often, but when I do, I prefer this location.
It's always clean and the employees are nice. You also get surrounded by the nice people of Independence.
I typically place my order on the app. It's never been wrong. (Which, let's be honest, is rare for a McDonald's)
i called this place ONE time in a day just asking to see if they sell gallons of sweet tea cause i wanted one and the lady on the phone told me to quit calling this phone and that i was restarted and stupid she needs to be fired yall hire anybody.

The staff don't even give you time to get the first item ordered out of your mouth before asking if that's all you want and continually asking is that all? Is that all? Is that all? Can you please just let me get my words out first before cutting me off please for goodness sake. Slow down, you're not busy anyway.
