How do I give zero stars. On several occasions my wife and myself have given this location an opportunity to redeem themselves. Always food slopped into containers. Once the pickles weren’t even on the burgers. Never again. Can we reduce the minimum wage? I’m thinking .50 per hour.

This location has taken such a dive. Multiple times I've experienced this disappointment, leading to this review. It should not take forty five minutes to get a simple cheeseburger In the drive through. I could go into a restaurant, Sit down, place an order, eat, have dessert, Get my check and leave and still be done before you can go through the McDonald's drive through, not to mention that the food is always cold or prepared very sloppily. This location is turning into one of the worst McDonald's locations in the area. Get it together, please..

Best McDonald's in NKY! I don't eat McDonald's often, but when I do, I prefer this location.
It's always clean and the employees are nice. You also get surrounded by the nice people of Independence.
I typically place my order on the app. It's never been wrong. (Which, let's be honest, is rare for a McDonald's)

i called this place ONE time in a day just asking to see if they sell gallons of sweet tea cause i wanted one and the lady on the phone told me to quit calling this phone and that i was restarted and stupid she needs to be fired yall hire anybody.

The staff don't even give you time to get the first item ordered out of your mouth before asking if that's all you want and continually asking is that all? Is that all? Is that all? Can you please just let me get my words out first before cutting me off please for goodness sake. Slow down, you're not busy anyway.

i understand occaaional mistakes, but I'm so tired of not getting anything I ask for on my burger. Xtra must mean none at all these days. Half of the time the bacon I pay extra for is missing also.
As you can see, the burger is nothing like what I ordered. It was like this the other time I ordered here. I'm going to Sperti Drive next time.

The staff at this location is super friendly but a lot of times the orders are wrong or they forget items. And it also seems like you're often instructed to pool forward to their designated waiting spots to wait for one thing or another. But with all that being said I still go here pretty frequently because like I said the staff here are very friendly as well as helpful and upbeat.
Vegetarian options: Very limited options that I'm not sure if they can actually be considered vegetarian or not

I don't know why I keep on coming to this location. I wish they would build another one on turkeyfoot somewhere. It really is not hard to put two biscuits into a container and dump gravy on top of them. But no, let's stack the biscuits and put gravy on top of it.
