Asked for a refund, the manager hung up on me and said no refund. Thirty minutes later I get an order that was totally wrong and missing items. Called store and asked for a refund, and was told they will not give me a refund. Cannot call customer service as no number exist and tried to chat online and was told the store didn’t exist so they could not help me. Ridiculous.

I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn't toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon. 😉
My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.
Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.

I usually have a fine experience here. It's the subway INSIDE of the shell gas station there. Anyway... This time, I was having a communication issue with one of the workers there, and I did not get what I wanted at first. He just smiled and nodded and acted like he understood me when we both knew he did not, which was a little annoying because he was basically trying to shoo me away. I stayed, however, because it was two gift cards I wanted on top of the two sandwiches I got, so I needed the help somehow. Another guy who knows me better (cuz I come in there all the time) helped me. No offense, I'm not hating, but he knew better English.... so in the end, all good. Sandwich could have been better, tho. I always get the same sandwich. Idk. Something was off this time.
Kid-friendliness: I had my daughter with me. We love sub sammies. ♡
Wheelchair accessibility: You can definitely get in there. There is plenty of room and ramps at the door.
