I think this is the best Subway in NKY, hands down. We have tried to go to the one in Walton for years, but their customer service and food are just terrible. I was yelled at by the male worker over showing up to get our order two minutes early and they only put tiny amounts of food on your sandwich and then smash it down, I believe out of spite. The food also tastes old, stale bread and wilted veggies. This one is worth the drive and is super friendly, we have been a few times now and are always greeted with smiles, our food is top notch and the sandwiches are piled high! And the ingredients are so fresh. They even have a designated pickup area, and they label the sandwiches if you have multiple in an order. The other stores should take note. This is how it’s done.

Out of all the Subway restraunts in NKY that I've been to, this one, by far, is the best.
I've only been twice, but both times, I've been greeted and have felt welcomed inside their store. I really like that both times I've been, regular customers have stopped in and ordered food. Both times, the staff knew them by name and made friendly conversations.
The restaurant is clean, and they are generous on their portion sizes!
I will definitely be back.

I normally don't make reviews but today I order a sub an the guy working today on Feb 23. 2025. He was so rude an disrespectful .I've been here so many times an this will be second time the workers are very disrespectful. I won't be back i rather drive another 10 minutes to another location that are more respectful then to come back to this place ever again. The sub didn't even have what I order on it. Hardly any meat . Dry.

This is actually one of the better Subways that I’ve been to. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. They were out of the foot long cookies and explained it was a supply issue and the best time to get one based off their delivery schedule.

This is the best subway in Northern Kentucky. Clean and the sandwiches always taste fresh. Their veggies are always in good condition as well. We will go out of our way and pass other Subways just to come to this one.

On a project for work nearby this location, and I can’t say enough good things about it! Excellent service, the store is immaculately maintained and the employees take their time to assemble a beautiful delicious sandwich. Not all Subway’s are created equal, but this one’s top notch.

Wow, yes clean place but horrible service. Submitted an order with the ap from this location, wrong. Forty five minutes later, still waiting. Worker actually argued with me when I got there because I said don’t toast. Luckily there are other subways, this one is slow and not customer focused.
