Do not go to this location. I used to go here a lot the people were nice never had an issue. There’s a newer owner now and his wife and they don’t care about customer service at all. The app messed up my order I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich had no idea they don’t even have Buffalo chicken anymore so I got plain grilled chicken. I put on the app remove lettuce tomato and onion but instead it must’ve reset when I checked out. I explained this to him and returned the sandwich I just wanted to get what I will eat. I don’t eat lettuce tomato or onion so the sandwich was of no use to me. He said not my problem. I gave him the sandwich and told him I will never spend another dime here. I live right across the st and have been a loyal customer and spent a lot of money here. He doesn’t value his customers we are just a $ sign to him.

Update! They are not a "Participating Location" and promos in the app do not actually work. You will add the promo to your order and pay, but when you go to pick it up, you will be told your order was cancelled! Such B.S!Original 2022: This is the worst location I've been to. The owners, who also work there most days, are extremely rude. Mainly the wife who is always sitting outside on her phone and acts like you're bothering her when she has to come in and take care of a customer. They put the bare minimal meat and toppings on my sub and when I asked for 2, literally 2 more banana peppers on it since she only put 3 on a foot long, she looked and me, sighed and shook her head! They want you to pay the extra $ for a "Deluxe" when you just want the normal amount of toppings that is supposed to come on it to begin with!From now on, I skip the rip-off and disrespect and drive 5 minutes to the next one!

This location is listed as a participating partner but they’re not if you order a promo through the app it will apply to your order take your money and cancel the whole transaction and the store will never receive it. I told the owner about the issue and he showed me an order he placed that worked when he added the promo it took his money too. Three other people had the issue while I was in the store the owner basically said it was not his problem and he can’t lose money because it not working. He suggested that I figure dinner out another way and report the transaction after the transaction officially posts. I explained what happened for 20 minutes as he and his wife over talked me and denied my claims even with providing screenshots. I was charged twice no food no money I’ll take this loss but I’ll never eat subway again there’s better options. Spend your money where you’re valued this location don’t care about customer service and good experiences he’s money hungry. Even when he lost his money no compassion it was a it is what it is ordeal for them. Lost one!
The Subway was super clean. The sandwich they made me looks like it could be in one of their commercials. It was a perfectly layered BMT. The service was super friendly and quick too!

We ordered from this location for a company event, we placed 2 large orders short notice, they were able to accommodate and even came early. They did a great job, nothing but good feedback from employees. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks
