I’m pretty sure all of us idiots paying 7 dollars for cheese quesadillas that look like this should revolt and make Taco Bell actually serve something worth eating. This probably cost them 15 cents to pump out. Ridiculous.

Literally the worst taco bell i’ve ever been too. as an avid taco bell lover i’ve been to my fair share of locations finding walton being the best. but THIS place is a disgrace to taco bell as a company. It’s horrible, food isn’t great and the place is just disgusting. Needs either a clean slate of employees or the building needs to be demolished, no in between.

i have to say that crew at the independence location is awesome, they are always on their A game . they have the best performance and have a service with a smile. the food has also got so much better as they put pride in their job.. as tonight i went through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that worked the window is something else, he is filled with amazing energy, he left me feeling happy in my heart.

This location was heavenly compared to others in NKY. 😇 All expectations met. Friendly and attentive staff. Decent wait times. Sauces in the bag!
I was shocked because I didn't know that was possible for a TB. 🤭 This location makes others in the area look like clowns. 🌯🤡

I cannot believe this location is still operating - by far one of the worst taco bell's. Not sure who is managing this location but I think changes need to be made. The associates may be nice but they need training on how to make the food. I ordered something different and there was nothing in it..it is absolutely ridiculous and all of their foods is this way. I ordered 3 cheese chicken flatbread and as you can see i got flatbread with a few pieces of chicken and some sauce. We also had burritos that had to be eaten with a fork because the wraps were so old they were cracking open. The quesadilla was pretty much nonexistent. There is a desperate need at this location to have someone run it that actually gives a shit. I would avoid this location at all cost - trust me it's not worth your hard earned money.

Typical taco bell experience, paid too much for too little, got that "too little" and it was under cooked. Check your food before you leave, actually sit at the window and open each item. I think avoiding is your best option, the kids running mcds across the street will actually try.

I went through the druve thru today and the food was horrible, crunchy chicken taco had no chicken and tasted like it was very old, my cheesy wrap was just a wrap minus cheese, i threw it all away, my daughters food was ok. $26 later im sick from food poisoning. Thanks Taco Bell!!
