They added an absolutely awful AI ordering system that makes the drive thru ordering process atrocious. The employee working the drive thru was almost less helpful than the stupid AI system, still managing to get our very simple order complete. When we finally did get the correct food, it was cold and chewy like it had been sitting out for hours. Highly disappointing compared to Wendy’s used to be, especially for how expensive it is now. Don’t eat here.

Wow, this place has it figured out. It’s late Sunday night and I missed dinner. I set out expecting the usual late night drive thru experience. (You know what I mean) When I pulled up, I was greeted by a vibrant screen displaying an AI operated menu. No delay, no bad attitude. Just prompt service. I was greeted at the pay and takeout window by pleasant and engaging people and had my food in an instant. What sorcery is this!?

Good ol Wendy's! Love their frosties and their spicy chicken the best. A lot of folks claim other spicy chickens are the best but I think Wendy's has had one of the best, if not THE best, for a very long time.
As an aside, Franchise reviews are strange because... Fast food is .. fast food. And every location I visit has different qualities and consistencies. This particular Wendys is in the middle as far as ratings go.

The new ai order taker is an awful experience, you are being used as a test dummy at this location for their ai roll-out. If you try and order online and avoid talking to it, the staff will scold you.

Management has an issue with picking up your OWN order at the window. Considering no cars in the drive thru. Lady is rude . 2nd time having to deal with rude service. 1st time i had my child im the car sleeping and 2nd i am sick didnt want to get anyone else sick also Website states if I have to pick up at window it is allowed. Didn't see a problem makes it easier on them and me. Boo hoo lady must not like her job, if you don't like your job get a new one.
My baconator fries were a little dry but all and all always a good place to eat.
