Being a Kentuckian, I have always loved KFC food. This is why it really pains me to write this review. Their mashed potatoes taste like they added hot water and nothing else to a cheap box of instant potatoes, their chicken is always old and dry. But the thing that gets on my nerves the most about this place is how I can order the exact same thing one day and pay a completely different price for it the next day. I am not talking about a few cents, either. I have paid several dollars more for the same thing two days in a row. One day I went through the drive thru and wanted to order a family meal I saw on the menu board for $20. They tried to charge me like $35 for this same meal, even though it said $20 on the menu! When the girl at the window asked the manager, she said "the price has been raised for a while now," like it is my job to know when they change their damn prices! I would not of even said a word about it if had only been a dollar or two, but almost $15 more for something is ridiculous.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in years. We ordered a 16 piece meal and was told to pull around front and they was waiting on chicken to come up. We sat around front for 30 minutes and was told it would be 15 minutes. My husband went in and they sorry forgot to drop chicken it will be up in a few minutes. It took another 15 minutes and the manager never offered sorry or anything just handed the bag to him and here you go. I will never ever go back to this place. If I can stop anyone from eating there I will. Customer service is suppose to be number one but not at this place. Don't go there they are terrible.

The food is good, I'm a diabetic , can't eat the potatoes or the biscuit, 4.29 for a chicken leg, 4.99 for a breast . cost to much for me, guess I never eat at KFC anymore.Dietary restrictions: I'm single, I've spent as much as 500 a month on the fast food in Martin County. never no more, things are to high to buy.

It was KFC its always good .. employes are rather green around the ears but still is a good sundy dinner for the family only complaints is the chicken isn't as large as it was when I was a kid ... but every thing has srank over the years besides my appetite and waistline,,....

I just went through the drive thru.....6 piece chicken meal.......got it home(about 15 minutes)......u can't eat the chicken!!......lits dried out, so bad that the crust is falling off in pieces.......this is NOT the first time that this has happened.......I'm getting tired of spending 25/30$ on food that I can't eat!! My friend and I ordered chicken thru the drive thru, we were supposed to have gotten a bucket all breast, 1all thighs, we ordered extra of each side,Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese and gravy, and extra biscuits. Well when we got to my daughter's we planned having the chicken, there were only 4 breast and 4 thighs, 1 mashed potatoes, 1 gravy, 2 slaw, 2 Mac n cheese and the biscuits were raw, and smashed. That won't feed 7 people. We were cheated.
