Every time I order caramel iced coffee all I get is a cup of iced milk with very little coffee or caramel. It’s a shame to put out such a poor product. It’s definitely this location as I get great iced coffee at other locations.

The last two times I’ve been to this nasty place I’ve found hair in the French fries they need to shave their heads or wear a hair net so they’ll quit shedding on the fries and they take 45 minutes to make one sandwich

They don't know how to make burgers right or how to keep there rules right because they told me that they won't work family together when they got family that works together same time and everything but they won't hire me when my mom works morning I want to work in the afternoon so they need alot of improvement to work onParking: Need more space and people need to lean harder to park

I'm knot sure what yo think, i was there, and gave someone named Jerry a compliment about one of the best managers i have ever encountered, then that manager said i was "banned" from that store, for no reason, when i was kind and polite to everyone because they were GREAT to me and even left a GIFT for that manager, but now I'm "banned" for sharing love, hope, and JOY. I'm not sure what the mix up is, but I hope to return the next time I'm in town to get a milkshake which i always enjoy even when just popping through drive-thru.. not quite sure where the mix up in communications may be, but someone smiling with gifts and BLESSING everyone of the employees with good will, and CHEER is somehow "bannable" but if i see something OFFICIAL then i wouldn't break the law, but why a witch hunt for cheer, joy and love?? i don't understand, why so divided??!???
