Beware. Anything you order with a thicker crust is always raw and super underbaked. I called once to let them know and they were aware and said it was something about the ovens there. Um hello then stop selling them to people. My sister ordered Italian cheese bread today and the middle was completely raw. It’s happened to me several times when I order a deep dish. I’m done ordering at the Irvine location.

Usually friendly and the wait is 15 minutes for specialty pizza
Worker said that no sauce comes with the cheese sticks because the owner said that they are not allowed even though the website says it comes with one. She also got rude when asked about 1 simple sauce...Plus, the cheese pizza I got last night was like cardboard, not eatable. They refused to make a fresh one or refund the money.

I asked for thin crust and it to be cooked longer so not soggy and cut it like a pie. Thin crust cost more and did not cook it longer and did not cut it at all!! So scratch that place off my very small list of places I could eat!!!

Called to place a pickup order for three pies and the gentleman on the phone Zack was extremely friendly and courteous, when I brought the food home the pies were delicious. Excellent service and excellent food and excellent employees. 5/5
