always seem to get our orders wrong and never seem to really pay attention to what the customer says. i overlooked first time but after 4 tries on several different occasions with other friends and family i noticed it alot more.

They were one of the better McDonald's I have been to because they never messed up my order and didn't ask me to pull forward and someone would bring my order out to me.

Always get the wrong food and they always mess up our orders. Or they leave food out and want to have an attitude when you ask them to fix it

Was told by a manager that they only hire highschool kids that way they are easily manipulated that adults are to hard to work with.. Then when I got my food the burger had two top buns and non of the burgers had pickles on them like how hard is it to put pickles on a burger if anything they need to stop hiring the children and get people that actually know what they are doing in there.

The most incompetent crew of workers to ever assemble in one building. The first time we stopped was from a ballgame on our way home, mind you this is not our hometown or do we know anyone from here we dined in and the place on one side smelled like a sewage plant and 2 female workers kept walking by our table being very high school girls. My daughter and her boyfriend went to get a take out order before leaving after we had initially waited on our food and several items were wrong they then waited another 20 minutes for 2 plain McChickens in what time the previous mentioned girls had started screaming at my daughter when she asked if it would be much longer, take note the girl walked away from my daughter after being asked walked through the kitchen hen stood behind the kitchen equipment and started screaming at my daughter in which time I had came over and had to remove my daughter because she has started making her way back through the kitchen to the girl and the girl was screaming yelling and throwing wrappers and spoons at us. Fast forward a year later my son had a ballgame and his whole team was stopping there and against better judgement I had my daughter wait in the car while we all went in, this was a big game and the lobby was getting full as well as both lanes of the drive through. The manager was vey frazzled and was making a show to all the customers and I work in customer service so I was trying to be considerate and talk with some of the other parents and students which everyone was being very accommodating. The manager was running food and would bring it up regardless fine in, take out or mobile was loudly and rudely slamming orders down on the counter without even calling out a number, name or details of the order. Nobody wanted to touch anyone else’s food and drinks were starting to sweat they had been there so long along with milkshakes and ice cream melting but she just kept piling up more orders. I took it upon myself wit the out touching food to call out order details from what I could see without touching. Each drink I had saw melted or sweating to the point of leaving a puddling ring in the counter I’d ask for a fresh one, to their inconvenience that is. My daughter and sister in law were 2 cars back in the the first line of the drive through when we walked in and had a $36 order and ended up waiting on us over 50 minutes to come back out. At which time our over $100 order was completely wrong. I took it back in and waited yet another 35 minutes to get just 2 burgers corrected and retrieve a forgotten (shorted) order of fries and a small McFlurry I was made to pay twice for. I just threw my hands up for the rest of it and told the crew of kids with me to eat it or not I wasn’t staying.

Very slow
Stop by here my wife's request to go in and get an ice cream and of course, the ice cream machine is down. So she's getting an iced coffee instead. Been out in the car for 25 minutes waiting on Her to come out. They must be growing the damn beans themselves.

They got my order wrong when I went in to order out instead of driving through the drive through so I had to go through the drive through to get what they didn't put on my order which was an inconvenience. So the McDonald's in Irvine Kentucky gets an overall experience of a three out of five star rating from me.

I don’t know why I try and still go to this place, especially after dark. Forget my nuggets, sauce and straws but still got charged for nuggets. The people who work night shift need to be fired..
