Went thru drive thru and got my grandson 10 PC mcnugget meal w/ sweet tea w/bbq sauce and another 10 pc nugget only w/bbq sauce. Got to the window and ask for Xtra bbq sauce just in case he didn't get any. (It's happen before), he said it's .25cents more. Got 4 for a $1 just in case. Got home and the only bbq sauce in the bag had the 4 Xtra I paid for????. WTH!!!

Stayed open well past the posted time online! Thank you!! At least McDonalds honors the times posted online and stays open past them unlike Wendy's in Irvine which apparently closes before 9pm.

Just ridiculous! I ordered my daughter the two cheeseburger meal and my son the 10 piece nuggets and fries. My step mom went to pick up the order and they shorted us an order of fries. She went back inside to show them and they argued with her and didn’t even want to check the bag and see that there wasn’t two order of fries. The craziest thing about this is it was supposedly the general manager that she talked to.

Went thru drive thru this morning. Ordered at 0559 and sat behind other vehicle at window for 13 minutes. I had to pull out without my order. They should have told individual to pull over to delivery spot. Also was late for work ????????

Drive thru is absolutely horrid. I ordered a large, iced vanilla late with two extra pumps of vanilla. They always give me a hot late. The last time, I had to tell drive thru 5 times, large iced vanilla late with two extra pumps of vanilla, only to be asked if it was hot or cold.

So I decides to go to McDonald's to simply get a drink. I got in line and the line wasn't quiet but it wasn't busy either. I then waited in like for 20 minutes without moving. I finally got up to order and I got asked if I was using the mobile app, I said no, and then minutes go by and they never took my order. I just left because I didn't have another hour to waste. Cars were just barely moving every 5 minutes and it seems like the right side (the one I was in was nearly being ignored.)

Curtis is a G the best person here! He dropped fresh fries and was so considerate of us! We had an absolutely awful day and he made it 1000 times better!

I’m so over this damn place. The food is already bad enough but there’s not many options in Irvine! To make it worse, the service is…. Idk a word that fits, worse than horrible!!! Yesterday I ordered a McGriddle meal and got a biscuit with nothing on it but had some sausage grease where the broke it apart and a HALF of a hash brown….so I had to turn around and drive back. Today I order a number 6 and they got my meal right but I asked for extra ketchup because they act like it’s gold, and the older lady at the pickup window gave me 2packs. A few nights ago I stop to get the kids something and sat at the drive thru forever not knowing they were closed along with 3-4 other cars and the workers were coming out to smoke but couldn’t just tell us they were closed.They get my order right about 1/5 times. I know we don’t have many restaurants here but they need to either do a better job training people or pay more for quality workers because lord know they make plenty of money. The line is always wrapped around the building and to stop n shop parking lot…. Or just close the damn place!!!!
