Just wanted to give a shout out to the young handsome fella Landon that served my family after church this morning , kid was all over the Lobby with great service and was great at talking, he personally made my wings after I requested flats and extra seasoning and they were absolutely delicious and I even witnessed him carry pizzas out for a younger pregnant woman he knew. We were shocked to find out he was only 17 when we asked him, his parents should be very proud. 10/10 experience wish all food experiences could be like this.

Don’t know if this store is corporate owned or franchised. I have always ordered a large meat lovers, olive , mushroom, extra cheese, thick crust, no sauce for yrs. at any of there stores. Some reason this store puts barely enough cheese to cover the pizza. Great chunk of meat, but not quantity, nice amount in the middle but hardly any out word. And I got buy a med. pizza for what they charge for the toppings I want.

Some people like to complain and make a scene about this place but more often than not those people are coming in during a rush when the cook has his screen full and the csr or driver is trying to do 8 different chicken wing orders plus their normal job at once all while trying to keep the dishes going, it does become a mad house in the back but people need to be patient and understanding, the quality of food does depend on who's working but all in all the manager, shift leads and the team members do their best to get you good food as quick as they can

By far one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had at Pizza Hut. Wings were amazing. Everything was hot and fresh. Carry out. Dinning room was very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly. Good job Irvine Pizza Hut.

This is old-school Pizza Hut quality. All the staff are so friendly and high quality. It's a throwback to when a Pizza Hut was a real dining experience, the pizza was the best pizza you could get, and they have Italian pasta and a full salad bar.

Horrible service we ordered our pizza at 7 to be delivered we payed with card so we included the tip for the driver with the card it took them till 8:30 to deliver a single pizza then when we got it it was supper cold and had chicken bones stuffed in it.. I will never order a delivery from this place ever again.. and instead of using jerkwad door dash people how about you pay your employees to do it like it's always been done...

This is by far the worst establishment in the city of Irvine Ky, the management the staff are very lacking in customer service, Beth was so flustered she couldn't keep a straight thought, one young man was very over dramatic flailing his arms and basically running out the door while Beth basically chasing him to console the very upset young man, the staff didn't wear gloves I didn't see anyone wash their hands, I seen one employee bare handed handle veggies place them on the pizza then put those same hands in his pocket and play on his phone or checking his messages then going back to handling food with no washing his hands or wearing gloves, all the while order's were being backed up customers coming in and phone calls coming in left and right meanwhile order's that are finally being completed are just being placed in a warmer and nobody seems to be taking notice customers have been waiting over a half hr just to pick up their online order, Beth did explain to the people waiting for their order's that it's a very new crew and she just doesn't understand why it's so busy on a Friday night on a Memorial day weekend hmm I wonder, I digress let me further proceed to talk abt the young man who wore the glasses I believe his name was Zach I could be wrong on the name, anyway he was more worried abt adjusting himself and worried abt his hair and his very unkept beard than worry abt order's or customers, please don't place this man in charge of money he has no clue, still haven't seen Beth sit still to accomplish one task, anyway after waiting for over 30 minutes behold my order was in the warmer dont know how long it's been in there but wait after Zach telling me oh we don't make the sandwich I ordered online mind you, would I want a substitute, my response was why can't you make the item I ordered it's online, you would have thought Zach could actually give me a straight answer nope he was like do you want a substitute meanwhile talking to some men behind me and totally disregarding anything I said he again was more concerned abt the gentleman behind me and their order rather than mine, needless to say the management and staff in my opinion are in dire need some classes on customer service cleanliness food preparation time management and respect for other's.

Payed $53 for 1 pizza and some wings and they didn't even give me any wings... how do yall sell chicken legs and call them wings? Anyways also didn't get any sauce for my legs but it's pizza hut so what could I honestly expect anyways. ?♂️
