So normally it's a good visit but today I order as normal and wasn't aware that when you order the happy gilmore combo your only paying a dollar extra for the cup you get it as a collector cup no pop but lady was rude so I got rude than she looked at the guy like she got one more time. Worst service ever plus no cookies my son wanted but settled for chocolate chip than my sub was supposed to be no toast well it was not a biggie but the rudeness needs to checked real fast.

Waited 15 minutes in line and right as I got up to the counter at 6:55 the only worker said he had to go on break right that second and we would have to wait 30 minutes. We said we just wanted one sub and asked politely to please make ours before he went on break because we waited so long. He said no.

Hadn't in a long time. The girl that waited on me was the rudest person I have ever encountered at any food service. If you hate your job or don't have the concept of how to put a sandwich together, find another job. I won't return. I'll take the 30 minute drive to richmond if I want to eat subway again.
