I would absolutely recommend Kips. The service is always amazing and super friendly. My family eats there at least once a week and I’ve never had a complaint until today. I wasn’t super hungry so I ordered myself a crispy chicken salad. It was absolutely horrid. How can something as simple as a salad be horrid you ask. It came with lettuce and breaded chicken but nothing else on it is normal salad foods. There were pepperoncini, mushrooms, pepperonis, olives, and mozzarella cheese. Hey, did someone get a pizza with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and cheddar cheese? I believe I got someone’s pizza toppings on my salad. No? I’m extremely upset. I paid $10 for this. I think people should be warned about the ingredients because it’s so weird. Not what I was expecting. And now all members of my family are full and I’m still starving. Highly disappointed.

Kips food is so so good! Everything he has is delicious!! Especially on Fridays he has catfish, hush puppies, fries, coleslaw, white beans that is to die for clean white flaky fish just falls apart in your mouth

I came by today to get lunch, it was my first time eating here. I got a tenderloin sandwich and tots. This sandwhich was delicious! It was so much food too. I could not believe how big this sandwhich was! So I came back later on and got my son a banana milkshake and it was amazing too and all together for both trips it was only 12$

called in an order tonight, they gave me a price then called me back a few min later to tell Mr they forgot to add something and it was gonna b $10 more. got there and asked for a receipt and was giving 1 that didn't say what we were charged for. menu says chicken salad comes with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. I ordered with no tomatoes cuz I don't like them, it also had pepperoni, mushroom, black olive, green pepper, red onion, and chives. I dont like mushrooms, onions, or chives and would have asked for none if the menu said they were on there plus what if I was allergic? the Jalapeño poppers have cheddar cheese instead of cream cheese and i would not have ordered them had I known. the fries were cold and soggy and so were the onion rings. and when they handed us our drinks 2 of them had straws in them already which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation

Kips is a great go-to for our household! As a larger home with 6 mouths to feed we find the prices very budget friendly and tons of menu options for kids to pick from. Staff is always very friendly and helpful when it comes to menu questions.
