Went on Memorial Day at 9 am for breakfast, and the gal that was getting our food had nothing but attitude and didn't know what she was doing. It took 3 times of me going up to the counter to get my 2 sandwiches correctly It was 2 bacon, egg n cheese bagels. I didn't give her attitude or anything, but the attitude is what I got back. She didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience or hope your day goes better. Went during the evening the following week n received attitude from a guy that was supposed to be at 1st window, but wasn't bc he went to do dishes. Needless to say, there was a line of cars waiting to pay n at the order screen. I had pulled up to the next window with a card in my hand to pay he comes up n says u were supposed to pay at 1st window. I informed him that he wasn't there. This is when he informed me he was doing dishes. I did question him about this n he walked away to run my card. The food was old n chewy for mcnuggets. This was in Destin, Florida.

The guy on topping table duty was on his phone and then handled my food without changing gloves or washing his hand after making eye contact with me. I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions. He, in his dutiful attention, decided I don't get the deluxe toppings, just the onions and pickles. If you're gonna be a health hazard, at least get the food right.

Never buying from here again . Always used to buy breakfast here but seems like every time gets worse. They forget your utensils when you get pancakes or biscuits and gravy . They forget your meat when you order a biscuit or bagel steak . I'm shocked they are still in business.

McDonald's would be better if they would have the staff to practice good communications. Most of the time you get someone who is either hight or to pissed. It's a hit and miss on good food. They could do better. I'm happy they give jobs to people but dang they need to be more happy they have a job

When I visited the McDonald's on Combs Rd, I got the chicken nuggets this time around, and it really hit the mark, and the fries were fresh! In my opinion, McDonald's has the best fries hands down when they are fresh, not soggy but crispy shoe strings of goodness. I even indulged with a large Sprite instead of my usual bottled water. If there is one thing I wish McDonald's would add, it is Mello Yellow Zero or diet Mt. Dew. They need a better selection of drinks.
