As many others have said, if I could leave 0 stars, I would have. My party of four stopped at this resturant to eat dinner on our way home to Louisville KY on Saturday, 12/21. We were the only customers there at about 7:30pm. The entire experience was terrible, and quite frankly weird. Without going into all the details, the food that came to the table was wrong and awful. I wish I had taken a picture of the cheese enchiladas. They consisted of corn tortillas with a slice of unmelted cheese inside, swimming in some kind of odd looking enchilada sauce, to the point, you couldn’t see the enchiladas. As if the whole dining experience wasn’t bad enough, when I received the bill, they were charging 9% sales tax. The state sales tax in KY is 6%. When I questioned the person who appeared to the manager, he told me that is the rate that he has to charge. When I told him the rate was only 6%, he said it didn’t matter, his boss told him to charge 9%. A few minutes later, the manager brought his phone over to show me a text message he received from his boss, telling him that it didn’t matter, to charge 9% anyway. I went ahead and paid it because we were on a trip after a long day, pulling trailers, and didn’t want to stay long enough to resolve it with law enforcement, even if I could. I will be submitting an information report to the state of KY, outlining the events that took place. When I think about the fact that they are stealing 3% on every dollar, it really takes being a bad business to a new level. Avoid this place at all costs! If they would resort to this low level, just think about the quality or ingredients of their food.

We were on our weekend adventure doings some rzr riding. It was late and our family of 5 were pretty hungry. So I began the search for our favorite dishes. That brought us to Sazon Mexican Restaurant. This was our first time dining here so wasn't sure what to expect. We walked in and were seated promptly. Got our drinks, chips and dip right away. So far so good. Placed our order and within a few minutes we had hot meals. Everything was great. I did a serving of beans and asked that those be left out but no worries. Was completely filled by the rest of the meal. Everyone was so nice. Service was an A+. Would definitely stop here again when in the area. Great job Sazon employees. Y'all are definitely in my high 5 of favorite Mexican restaurants!!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian meals had their own portion on the menu. Thats very hard to find these days.

The food was great, the service was good. The portion sizes are absolutely massive. The food was hot and fresh. The waitress was nice but spoke very little English. I definitely will go back in the future.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Came in with my family of 5 and in laws. They brought out 2 plates or 1 at a time. My in laws didn't get their salads. We didn't get a refill until the first 2 plates came out which took almost 40 minutes.

Standard Mexican food at an affordable price. I had a taste of everything with my special. Wife had a burger that didn't look like much, but she said it was really good. Chori-bean dip was a great starter with our chunky guacamole. Chile rellano was one of the better ones I've had. Taco was standard. Enchilada was good, and so was the chimichanga. Server was pretty attentive. We were the only ones in there at 1045 AM, being there's no breakfast spots in Jackson, KY. The restaurant felt a bit off. Might just be that it was so early. I'd definitely say it's the best Mexican restaurant in town lol.

The waitress would not answer simple questions and was rude. Was supposed to be flour shell got a corn one. Asked for my rice and beans 4 times and never got them. If I could give 0 stats I would have.
Food good sometimes great but there prices change from day to day that's my biggest complaint and on a bad day I've had my veggies have a hint of dish soap
