I messaged them a day in advance to see if they could accommodate friends and family traveling from a funeral in Jackson. They assured me that they would be ready and we could use the banquet room at no charge. When we arrived we had to set up the room ourselves then found out only one server and one cook were running the restaurant. My daughter had to help serve drinks to help the poor waitress. She was a fantastic server we all felt bad for her. Several members had to cancel their order due to the fact it took so long to get our food. We had 4 hours to travel back home. The last persons food order took 2 1/2 hours ..... I reached out to the restaurant through messenger they read it and chose to ignore me, not even an apology for that I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Was really hoping this place would be fantastic, but I've been here twice and I can't recommend it. The fried chicken I got was a little burned on the outside and not done near the bone. They give you no bread with dinner; you have to request it. My gf got the French Dip sandwich and it was pitiful. They had went to the buffet and got a few pieces of the roast beef out and put it on a roll. She said the meat was very dry. French Dip is supposed to be thinly sliced roast beef, not big chunks and pieces. The server asked "Is everything okay?" My gf said "Mine isn't", and the server just said "oh, okay" and walked away!! She didn't say what's the problem, how can we make it better, nothing. We passed on ordering the buffet. It was dimly lit, no artistic approach at the display.....did not look appetizing at all. The seating area is all open, no walls or dividers.

These "sliders" were great and honestly the size of regular burgers you get at some restaurants. ZB's is the bomb!

They've gotten a lot of bad reviews but honestly you've just gotta try it for yourself. Their food is always good 👠and the wait staff is always polite and they're always down to carry on a conversation with you!! It's a very welcoming environment and the desserts are to die for

Delicious catfish, lots of bacon on the BLT, real good steak ( I swiped a piece of my kid's) and home cooked sides. Decent pricing and the friendliest service one could ask for. We can't usually get out of a good sit down restaurant for less than $50 before the tip, but we did here and we all ate well.
