Giovanni's Pizza of Jamestown

Me and my crew came here a few days ago to eat bc my significant other said she had eaten it recently and it was rly good. So we go in and sit down and the restaurant itself ain't bad, it's clean, spacious. We look at the menu and decide to order, go to the register bc no one's coming to you, and I swear the girl that took my order acted like I was dumb or something bc I asked to split a pizza in half.. got thru that n got drinks which were good as far as that goes, and they also serve SKI on tap. My food comes, and I ordered a everything pizza which I regret bc it had some much toppings the pizza and stuff underneath didn't rly cook. The pepperoni was fine but fairly greasy and something about the cheese they use, you just can't eat a lot of it it seems. Honestly I didn't care for it, the service was definitely lacking and I know Giovannis has been around for years but it's not for me.

They sure make you feel like you are bothering them to help put money back into the community. The food wasn't that good anyway. I will not be spending my hard earned money in this restaurant. There are plenty of more friendly places with better food in town.

Myself and several coworkers tried calling Giovanni’s Pizza in Jamestown between 4:00 and 4:15 PM to place an order, and no one ever answered the phone. They close at 5:00 PM, so it wasn’t even near closing time. After 15 minutes of trying, we gave up and took our business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

The order taker was friendly and helpful. We ordered two calzones. The BBQ chicken was excellent. We didn't really care for the pizza sauce that was served on the side, but it wasn't really needed. If you dine in, they have self-serve fountain drinks.

Worst food in the history of foods! Not from KY and will never visit here again. Philly cheesesteaks have raw onions and peppers and maybe 1/4 cup meat.

Used to be the best pizza in town. We ordered a party pack tonight and the cheese sticks were burnt. Tasted like the box they are served in. I should have known better and looked at it before leaving the store. Please do better. A human put the cheese sticks in the box and they had to have seen they were burnt. That tells me they don't care.

Came in to dine an hour before they closed. Placed order after saying we planned to dine in then went to sit down and was then told dining room was closed. Just would’ve been nice to know before. Still waiting for food when they shut all the lights off.
