We had the chicken which was good but there's more breading than chicken. The green beans were really good,the potatoes and gravy we didn't care for. The fried pickles and fried jalapeños were average,but like the chicken,it was very heavily battered. The breading was more of a heavy dense breading instead of a crunchy breading. Almost the heavy consistency of cornbatter fried fish. Anyway,it was tasty and it saved us from cooking ourselves.

Ok don't get me wrong I love Lee's famous recipe but I'm here in Jamestown Kentucky and visiting my sister and this is just nasty. Why in the world don't people clean come on. Dust bunnies all over the tables and the fans are so nasty and the smell in here come. People eats here why can't you just take a few minutes and clean up your not busy at all.

Bad smell been their for along time like dead mice it was terrible today and the liver was black n cold that smell done it for me no wonder their was Noone else inside shew I won't go back their and I've been going their for years and today was the worst smell I dident eat a few bites and I was hungry at least get rid of whatever smells like dead mice!

Dry, salty chicken. The smell in the restaurant was horrible. Maybe a backed up septic or dirty cleaning rags? We had to take our meal outside. Drove several miles out of the way. Used to be our favorite chicken place. Staff was nice.

I was pleasantly surprised that a fried chicken specialty restaurant offered a combo with two large corn-breaded fish fillets.

Parking: Adequate parking for dine-in and takeout.

Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult accessibility with two sets of entry doors in a very tight space.
