Had not been there in years …drove about an hour,15 minutes to get there …was not worth the trip at all
Got the Buffet the lady that seated us said was sooo great …cold fish, coconut Shrimp that was hard, cold and tasted like it had been cooked since this morning, roast beef loaded with salt, runny mashed potatoes and two different dishes of vegetables that looked and tasted like opened bunch of cans of different stuff and just slopped together…..salad bar ..lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bacon bits a couple other things and potato salad out a tub
Only thing real any good was the bagged frozen Sister Schubert rolls ( they had baked them with butter) actually best food they had
And runny kinda Banana Pudding
Or peanut butter pie which was the very best thing I eat ….so $20 per plate for good peanut butter pie
Sad because years ago they had a guy that sliced off Prime Rib on Buffet
Shame Shame …Sad
Would have given a minus Star if had one

Great food, we got burgers, wings and nacho fries that were delicious. Servers were super friendly. Only minus is you can’t bring your own drink in but that’s ok

Went for a Saturday night dinner and was dining in because I read they had their full menu. I got there and it was the buffet and food looked terrible. Chicken wings for the bbq chicken and they looked half cooked. After my viewing the buffet I just left getting nothing.
Management needs to fix the website to reflect the buffet and high price for eating food that looks half done. Or food that had just a few pieces left. Terrible.
Wheelchair accessibility: Did not see that the site is wheelchair accessible for the restaurant.

The food is obviously all frozen. Instant potatoes & baggies veggies that watery in the pan. The fish was chewy. They had a cobbler, but no ice cream.
I would skip this restaurant.

Our family of 12 had the most incredible meal last night. All the adults were envious of the "kids" meal!! The chicken strips were the best we have ever eaten. The buffet had fantastic food; the salad and veggies were superb!! Delicious meats, dessert as well as the mac and cheese. I am so glad that we chose this facility for our "Christmas in March" with our family!

Got the dinner buffet, got 2 pieces of sub par chicken fried steak and 2 rolls. That cost $20, absolutely terrible meal for the price.

Wanted something hot for lunch, their options were sandwhiches or salad, Very Limited….other state parks need to give this one some help in the kitchen. The 2.3 rating is to high
This restaurant had stunning views. The waiter we had was absolutely fabulous and attentive to our needs without being overbearing. One note though (and maybe it was just on the day we were there), the full menu that is online was not offered to us and was limited to just 3 of the full menu options. We enjoyed our selections but we a bit taken by surprise when a menu arrived at the table with limited options (different from their on line menu).
The only thing good about this restaurant was the view! The buffet was awful! Old chicken, cold veggies, stale cobbler! I guess they do not have to put much effort in to it, since it is the only option! I expect state parks to be better!

The views from restaurant are amazing, staff was outstanding. Food not so much, only thing available was a lunch buffet, salad bar was just fine. Only other thing on buffet was over cooked dried out hamburgers , undercooked hotdogs and fries. That’s about it. Then we got the bill $34.00 for two. Sometimes you’re the big sometimes you’re the big. We went splat.
The views were amazing! There was no option to order from a menu and the buffet reminded me of a free breakfast offered at some hotels. Everything was lukewarm and limited options. Scambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, and french toast. Drinks were extra, and the buffet was $13. I would rather have something cooked to order for the price. The servers were lovely, but you did serve yourself except for drinks.
Docked at this new Marina, had lunch , very good, friendly staff, patio on the water very nice view. Marina store is huge with a wide variety of gifts and marine accesssories.
They state that service may be slow due to plandemic, but the service was great ,food ok and food extremely overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth the cost!
