Cashier had a bad experience with the car in front of us and then charged us for their meal and then cussed when we asked about it. She didn't deserve how they treated her, but she also didn't need to treat us bad when we asked a question!!!!
The staff are always awesome and fast. The food is always hot. Best Arbys in Louisville.

The slowest fast food restaurant ever. We r the only customers here and it still took over 20 mins to get out food. Very unprofessional business. Workers r lazy tonight

Hot food, fresh and not sitting there and fast. The people really took care to make sure I had the perfect hot lunch. Thank you so much. They deserve gold stars. Attentive, patient when I had questions about the menu. Really, a gold star crew. Well done! See you soon!! Best Arby's in town. I'd add photos but it's been all eaten ?❤️

Zero Stars really needs to be an option sometimes. I am sick and tired of fast food locations closing their restaurants and being Drive-thru only. Especially when they don't put a sign on the door and I can see several employees standing around watching me try to open the door. If you can run the Drive-thru you can run the dinning room. It's the same people taking orders and making food. The Wendy's next door was the same way with several employees standing around with the dinning room closed. We and 3 other cars ended up at the Burger King because they were happy to have customers in the dinning room.

For a fast food Reuben sandwich, this was very tasty! Plenty of meat! A hearty meal.
