Definitely a place to enjoy a good game, the staff are always friendly and willing to help you choose something you may want to try, they’ve started these game nights which are awesome!!! The staff do take request if it’s a slow game day. The managing staff are always ready to take care anything you may need. It’s one of my top go to’s!

We went in for a lovely afternoon lunch. The service was relatively quick, however, the food was DISGUSTING. We ordered the sampler appetizer with some fried pickles on the side. Unfortunately, the fried pickles tasted like they were fried in old chicken grease oil. And the chicken wasn’t any better, it tasted old and was bouncy. Our nachos on our sampler were okay, however, they were just as cold as the chicken if not more. And the icing on top of the cake, the mozzarella sticks tasted as if they were made in the same oil. I don’t know what the managers are enforcing in the kitchen, but they don’t seem up to health code standards, let alone our standards.

I placed an order this evening from my account on the BWW website for delivery.
I ordered salt & vinegar dry rub on my wings & on my fries but neither came with any flavoring. Vinegar has a very distinct flavor that is not subtle at all so to not be able to taste it means they had to have missed adding it or put so little on I was unable to even taste it. I have ordered the salt & vinegar dry rub plenty of times and it's very flavorful.
My order also did not have the little sticker that always comes stuck to the paper under the wings and tells you the flavor so this makes me think they missed adding seasoning bc they might have thought they were supposed to be plain.
Either way, it's very disappointing to waste $30 of my hard earned money for flavorless wings & fries.

We ordered carryout last Friday and literally everyone in my house who ate got food poisoning! I used to love B-Dubs it's really a shame. I'm pregnant and this experience put me and my roommate in the hospital over the weekend I definitely will not be going there ever again. I got the boneless lemon pepper chicken and My roommate ate some of that and my boyfriend got the regular mild wings. I hope nobody else experiences this!!

First let me say as a large group we have spent literally almost every Thursday night at this location for years now. Last night I was made to feel like I was a bother and not wanted there. I would complain to the manager but it was the Manager Autumn that treated us so poorly. We know for a fact they close at 12am M-Th. Last night at 11:36 Autumn (with almost a personal disdain and attitude) turned all the TV's off then proceeded to turn off the touch tunes while playing music we paid for. When she walked by us I asked why she did this since you dont close til 12am and her reply was a very rude, snippy and annoyed "because we close at 11:30". If you could have seen the look she gave us you would think she hated us. We downed our drinks and I was in the car leaving the parking lot at 11:44. I love the bar tender Sarah and our normal server Jaime but if the manager wanted to close early then fine, walk up to us and say hey I'm sorry but we need to close early, but to treat loyal customers with such disrespect and attitude is beyond the pale. Then lying to our face about a closing time that is clearly listed on the door is insulting. As someone who worked in Hospitatlity for over a decade I never like to complain like this but the attitude I received left me no option.

I haven't had an order for takeout that has been correct at this location in the past year. Either there has always been something missing, or while the tag has been correct on the bag, the contents were someone else's order.
In this case I get home to find my chicken plain. Both chicken entrees in the bag are 100% dry. While that is aggravating in its own right, I was hoping to at least find a sauce cup or two in the bag. I'm sure if you're reading this review, you've deducted that the search went poorly. Also the sauce is clearly on the ticket, so it is not an error on the order submission.
Frankly If I wanted plain chicken tenders I'd order from Cane's. For what it's worth when I eat inside of this location, the service and food is usually correct. But the pricing is too high for carryout orders to consistently be incorrect. There are other local options for wings that don't end up with me having to write complaints online about poor service.
Update: corporate reply was generic copy and paste, no offer to make the mistakes right. I won't be giving them another chance.

Let me preface by saying, I work in the service industry and I get it, people get slammed, things happen, etc. but this was pretty awful service, even with grace given.
We got sat immediately, love that. That’s practically where the good service ended. We proceeded to sit for 25 minutes without anyone taking our drink order. Ended up walking out, and as we did, the “host” (?) was scrolling Instagram sipping a drink and didn’t even look up as we walked out. And 2 or 3 girls stood in the kitchen entrance (where you could see them from the dining area) leaning against the counter talking. 9 pm on a Thursday night with barely any tables, plenty of staff, and we couldn’t get water? Crazy.

Used to love this location but this is the 2nd time that iv been here and had a bad experience i went with my wife and 3 kids we seated ourselves per the sign the waitress argued over who would serve us pointing and looking from across the restaurant finally after 10 minutes they came up to take our drink order when food came out they brought one child's food and mine without bringing the other child's and my wife's food anyone with a family knows this is a no go then was told they bring the food that's freshest out 1st when every other table was seved all at once and as I stated this is my 2nd experience like this and by the time the rst of the food came out mine was cold will not be returning and wouldn't recommend anyone else does either if I could give no stars I would
